Little did I know that I would be greeted and supported by Scott and then have a full consultation by the owner, Francy a few days later. Both were knowledgeable, passionate and wonderful to work with. They listened to my ideas, made recommendations based on what I had in mind, all without upselling or being pushy. They recommended a tile installer by the name of Antonio. Antonio and his sons were professional, punctual and paid attention to every detail and I am so pleased with their work. I look forward to working with the team at Total House and Flooring on many more projects in my home and will continue to recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

After some discussion, one member of the staff went in search of a scrap plank or two, while his colleague provided us the name and number for a contractor who does hardwood repairs. The scrap search was successful, but the better news is that they would not take payment for the 4 or 5 feet of boards. For this reason, we will visit Moore Floors first when we need any more flooring needs. They are beyond nice and helpful and turned our difficult situation into a great experience.

Horrible!!!!!!! We had LTV flooring installed by this company and we regret it every day. They left…read morenails sticking out of the baseboards, they smeared epoxy on our wooden kitchen chairs, on the counters, walls, etc. After two days of work they left over one dozen flooring nails scattered throughout our home. They also left behind pieces of flooring they had cut, dirt and debris all over our home. Our driveway had debris scattered all over it. Caulking was smeared on the brand new flooring and epoxy spots are everywhere on the flooring. It took us days to hunt down and scrub up all of the sticky spots and epoxy off of our counter tops. They completely ruined our kitchen chairs with epoxy. We didn't bother calling them because just basic phone conversations to confirm our appointments were a hassle. The women who handles our area was inherently rude and confrontational for no reason. Don't give these people your money! You'll regret it!
