I was misled into coming here based on their high ratings, but the reality was shocking.I paid thousands of dollars with the dual goal of lifting and volumizing my cheekbones, while also filling the smile lines near my mouth. Instead of using a thick, structured filler appropriate for bone and deep structural support (like Voluma) in my cheeks, the injector used Juvederm Volure for the entire treatment. Medically and anatomically speaking, Volure is a soft, highly flexible filler designed exclusively for superficial lines around the mouth. While it successfully filled the smile lines near my mouth, it completely failed in my cheeks--yielding zero lift, zero volume, and leaving my face completely sagged.To make matters worse, during the consultation I was told I only needed 3 syringes, but after they got my money and the cheeks showed no results due to their wrong product choice, they switched their story and claimed I needed 10 syringes! This demonstrates either a severe lack of medical expertise or a deliberate financial exploitation to empty their inventory at the client's expense. This was a total waste of money and the worst experience of my entire life. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.As a final piece of advice: real-life experience is the ultimate proof, so do not be fooled by high star ratings! Make sure to read carefully about the types of filler and which area each type is designated for before making the decision to get injected.

The lashes always come out thick and full and they last for weeks. You can also purchase the lash serum to help in between visits or appointments. The services are performed in a private rooms (there is a brow room and separate lash rooms). The atmosphere is very relaxing as spa music plays (hello tranquil vibes). The service generally takes about an hour give or take, but honestly it does not feel that way. Sometimes I can't believe how fast the service is over. **Yelpful Tip: make sure to prebook your next appointment as Julie books up quick!** She offers early weekend appointments and has one late night per week. I have not had other services at the salon, but it is always hopping with clients, both male and female, getting hair services done. There are only three manicure stations as well as three pedicure stations along with a fully closed-off back station where you can relax during a massage or facial. The space is decorated in cool, neutral colors and the tiny waiting area is stocked full of current magazines. Beata and the other ladies use Essie and OPI nail products, sterilize everything, and are one of the few nail spas that use OPI drying drops instead of a drying spray or dryer. The results are so much better with the drying drops. No smudges or kinks in your nails because only the top layer of your nails was dried by the adhesive. The facials here cannot be beat if you have problem skin. The spa only stocks Dermalogica products and does all of the facialists do a detailed consultation to determine your problems and needs. Manicures are $20, pedicures are $40 and facials are $80; however, the prices are well worth it. I have never been more satisfied with a facial, a pedicure, or a manicure than when I leave Ambiance.

Responding sporadically, sometimes at midnight, and could never be reached on the phone during the day. In fact, I spoke to no one on the phone until my invoice couldn't be paid. She sent the confirmation email a week before our party, which should have been sent earlier, because it was the first time she brought up parking. It was not clear that we had to pay for every technicians parking. She mentioned parking validation, to which I replied the valet parking at the hotel was expensive and we could cover one car. I also asked how many technicians we were required to cover and how many were coming to which I never received response. The first technician to arrive had no idea how many others were coming. They arrived very staggered and unorganized which led to some botched nails as they were not dry before the massages. We had to make a plan to make sure we got to our dinner reservation on time which could not be moved. They were wonderful and got us through the day and did some touch ups as well. When It came to pay the invoice, multiple attempts did not work with the service they used. Which happened when I tried to pay the deposit as well. I also had questions on the bill that went unanswered. I tried to pay multiple times, I called my bank, I just wanted to get it over with. At that point, I finally got on the phone with Katrina who chose that moment to change my bill and answer questions even though I had already tried to pay my bill multiple times. The amount of stress I had from dealing with Katrina made me chew off all my nails before I even got my manicure.
