They respond within 2hours. 2nd, I was told to come in the next day to discuss in detail. Place is clean. Checking out what other customers are doing to their cars, Waiting room has comfortable sofa's and a big TV with Netflix while you wait, Posters of their previous work on the wall, Office has allot of POP figures (nerd inside me). 3rd, appointment was set 3days later to drop the car off. I picked up the car the next day at closing. Basically from my initial email, to the finished product, everything was done in 5days.
