I am horrified. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day through 1800Flowers who used Artistic Petals as their vendor. My mom got her flowers at 9:30am but were dead. Not a little bit dead, but been-in-the-refrigerator-for-two-weeks dead. The lilies were cracked and brown, the blue flowers were all broken and tipped at the neck, the pink flowers were brown with the petals falling off and the sunflower was crumpled and wilted. I uploaded a photo but it actually looks much worse. I CANNOT BELIEVE that someone would deliver this to someone's mother on Mother's Day. If you ran out of flowers, then cancel the order or something, don't deliver a bouquet of dead ones! The worst part is that Artistic Petals wouldn't redeliver or make good on it until WEDNESDAY. I got a refund but how helpful is that? I just sent the woman who brought me into this world a giant bouquet of dead flowers. Awful. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! The delivery guy, who is the owner's husband was pissed off that he couldn't deliver flowers to a person that lived in the same building as us, because it's a secure building and we wouldn't just let him inside. He got into a verbal disagreement with my husband because he was trying to bust into our door, instead of being a professional company that should have called the customer they were trying to deliver flowers to and set up another delivery time OR had them come pick up the flowers. These people need to learn how to run a business and be more professional. It would also help if you were delivering flowers in a car that wasn't beat up and looking like you just rolled out of bed after drinking a 20 pack of beer with NO proof that you're a floral company other than the fact you had flowers in your car? During this pandemic my wedding was postponed to a later date from March 2020 - August 2020 and Lorraine was super helpful and attentive during such a complicated time. Although we never met in person due to the distance between us; I would send her my inspo pictures via email & she got every detail from the bouquets to the center pieces perfect. I ordered and was charged for a rose bush they had advertised. They instead sent a cheap azeala bush and claimed they were out of rose bushes. I think it was because I sent them to mass from Maine ND they figured I would never know. They didn't even include a card or the florist name. Don't waste your hard earned money. read more

Awful awful awful. First of all, the shop is a mess, dirty etc. The owner also appeared to be a frazzled mess, filthy finger nails and crazy hair. The owner is very excentric , so I can over look the shop. I figure, hey, if she does nice work, what do I care what she and the shop look like. Well, she did NOT do nice work. I picked up our flowers the day before our wedding. She assured me they would be crisp and beautiful the day of. They were not. Boutinneers were dying, poorly put together and due to the heaviness of her choice in flower, we asked for one white rose, they wouldn't stay put. The roses she chose were huge and too heavy for the holders. They all ended up falling off our groomsmen and my groom, only minutes after the ceremony. The corsages were lousy too. I felt bad because they were for my mother, mother in law and godmother. The were made with cheap dying flowers in colors that we did not choose. But, what could I do. We were on a time crunch. In addition, when we arrived at the reception, we had found a bunch of flowers had been delivered to the reception hall. Only problem, we were the only wedding being held there that day. Some one was with out flowers on the day of their wedding due to a mixup. I felt awful and we called the shop with no answer. They were calai lilies, which other brides know, are not cheap. Her prices are reasonable, but there is a reason. You get what you pay for, I guess. Thank god my bouquets and my bridesmaids were faux. I can't imagine the garbage I would have ended up with. A simple corsage of roses came out terrible..You may want to think twice about using her services. We paid $60 for 5 boutineers, and 3 wrist corsages all plain white roses...simple...but apparently not so much. A huge waist of money in my opinion. read more

Very strange, the lady seemed nice over the phone, I called from out of state to get an arrangement done and delivered, however when I brought up the Yelp reviews she snapped on me and said she didn't give a shit, and that everybody who had problems with the shop were misleading people on yelp, and I wasn't even concerned with that, all I wanted to make sure was that I was going to have fresh flowers delivered and I wouldn't end up like some of the people who had problems, but I gave her the benifit of the doubt, what are the chances that a local business screws things up all the time? I ordered a dog able from 1800 flowers and I received a note saying that the items that are supposed to come with the set didn't so they improvised which would have been ok if there wasn't hot glue strands all over the arrangements. It took me 20 minutes to pluck off all the hot glue strands. It looked like a spider had made its Web in the flowers. The other issue was how skimpy the amount of flowers were in the front of the arrangement. The item looked like what the photo was but with some severe differences. The 1800 flowers arrangement was full. You could see the green foam inside under the flowers and the arrangement kept falling over becase the base was too big. Not happy about that as I have to drive the arrangement the rest of the distance since 1800 flowers doesn't deliver to the address. I think I'll need to add rocks to the dish so it won't flip over. Ordered flowers for my wife on their website. Selected them to be delivered on July 4th as it was an option. Well my wife gets a call from the store and the lady started yelling at her about delivering the flowers. She told my wife she could not believe that I ordered flowers and wanted them delivered today. My wife told her to keep the flowers. The woman then told her never to do business with her again. That part will not be an issue. I just can not believe a store owner would call and treat a customer this way. If you do not want to sell and deliver flowers on a certain day then take the option to do so off your website. I would stay away from this place unless you like being treated poorly after spending money with them. read more

My family has sent me flowers many times using this florist in the past. While not always fresh, this year they were awful. The roses were wilted and the arrangement did not last three days. When I called today to complain, the woman said she did not work on the day they were delivered but they must have forgotten to put on the A/C and that they would not last in this heat anyway. She offered to replace the roses, but became very rude when I explained that the entire arrangement did not last more than three days. I explained that I would ask my family to use a different florist in the future that I just wanted to make them aware of how bad the arrangement was. She got huffy and hung up on me after another rude comment. I would not recommend using them. I would give them no stars if possible. read more

The person "Loraine" at this florist does not back her product or honor a mistake by making a new product to replace the problem.. I personally ordered from 1-800 flowers who gave the order to this florist. The arrangement received measures less than 7 inches and is supposed to be 10 inches. Lorraines only comment was I put 4 pink roses in and that is all I had to do. The only reason I know about Loraine is she has been personallly calling and harrassing my 78 year old mother telling her to put the flowers delivered out on the porch they were coming to get them. Mind you the "wrong arrangement" has already been paid for. My mom is sickly and Loraine continues to call her phone and in one message stated "I am going to keep calling untiil you answer this phone". My poor mom is now afraid and I my next call may have to be to the police to file charges for harassment of an elderly person. All Loraine had to do was make good on her commitment to deliver the right product. According to 1-800 flowers; she was out of line making contact with my mom in the first place. If this is how she treats customers; I WOULD NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO HER!! When I get to my mom's I am going to post the arrangement she was supposed to receive aside the one she did receive and post on this web site for all to see!! Good old fashion value for your money. This was our 1st time using Artistic Petals, it was for an arrangement we sent for the funeral of a friends parent. As we were going through the receiving line at the calling hours, we naturally looked around for our gift amongst all the other "modest" arrangements on the floor, not seeing it, we figured it must be on the other side. We were very pleasantly surprised, when, upon reaching our friends, they thanked us profusely for "that beautiful arrangement!" Our gift was not on the floor with all the same looking flowers, but perched up high, where its beauty could be well appreciated. Apparently, the funeral home is well acquainted with the work of Artistic Petals and places them where they can be appreicated. Well done! read more
