I have called throughout the years requesting Charter to update my City and Zip code. In 5 years, it hasn't happened. Sometimes I would get their mail - more often than not I wouldn't. I found out my phone was disconnected 2 weeks ago. THIS IS A BUSINESS ACCOUNT. Every day without a phone costs me money. Every time I call, I am told the phone will be reconnected in 15 minutes. Every time I check - no phone. Each time I call the company I get transferred a minimum of 2 times. The latest call has now been ongoing for 1 hour and 15 minutes and counting. I have been transferred 5 times. I have absolutely had it with this company. They want to try and connect me with a new plan that costs $50 more a month. Way to reward a loyal customer. Charter/Spectrum whoever you are. You should be ashamed. I cant believe you are still in business.

Randy Allen was very helpful during the analysis and design during the sales process. We experienced a last-minute delay due to a hardware failure, but Next Level gets points for discovering it in their labs before trying to implement, which could have been very disruptive to our residents. Installation and configuration was done in one day, as planned. Vincent did a terrific job with the install, cabling, configuration and testing. On the back end, Seldon had all of our residents pre-loaded into the new system and their transition experience was nearly seamless, he was also very responsive in addressing technical issues. Everybody I've encountered has been professional and expedient. I highly recommend Next Level A-Tech!

I took it to Axxis, and Aaron was an excellent resource. He checked out my car to determine that in fact, there was a factory installed subwoofer in place. However, there was not an amplifier or a chip - I can't remember. In any case, Aaron searched for and found the component needed and the system sounds incredibly better. My thanks to Aaron as he was very knowledgeable, dogged in finding the part that would be compatible, and knew even how to change some code that would have the system accept the now working components. I trusted Axxis, and Aaron to do this more than I would have the dealer. I had asked the dealer twice about this and they looked at me as if I was crazy. "There's nothing wrong with your audio system" I was told. Anyway, for a reasonable cost, I have factory working components! And I have some bass which is excellent!!! I now love my car!
