At the same time, we eliminate the need for large crews conducting dangerous and time consuming labor operations, while inherently damaging area around them. At APEX, we have invested in the most efficient, advanced, and environmentally friendly equipment available. Our specialty machinery does everything we need with just one machine and one operator. A single Land Management package can simultaneously remove harmful vegetation, fell trees, mulch the material into fine shreds, and redeposit it back across the area. It removes invasive plant life that draws too much water, allowing the forest and other plants to get more moisture and draw more nutrients. Our machine's rubber tracks reduce Maneuver Damage to almost nothing. Our machines also remove stumps and stems at the same time as they remove the unwanted plants. The mulching process deliberately destroys invasive plants and harmful insect infestations. By cutting the unwanted vegetation down to ground level without ripping up the roots, we limit erosion and maintain soil integrity. The shredded vegetation we leave behind, re-fertilizes the soil through decomposition and the re-absorption of nutrients back into the earth. The shredded material also helps retain moisture which again stimulates healthy growth, benefits the wildlife habitation, and acts as a natural fire break.

We paid Neil's Excavation $6500 for replace our sewer line in the summer of 2020. This summer, the…read moresummer of 2023, we started experiencing sewer backups and other issues. After having the sewer scoped and evaluated by multiple different plumbing companies, they have found that the work completed by Neil's is not up to standards, and needs to be redone. There are multiple low spots and breaks in the sewer line as well as joints that have slipped due to sloppy work performed by Neil's. I brought this to the attention of the owner, Bruce Neil in August 2023, he said he would look into in, and never got back to me. In December of 2023 we started the process of listing our house for sale and the sewer line issue again became apparent so I reached out to Bruce Neil again. He has continually dodged taking any responsibility, and doesn't return my messages. He has not done anything to try and remedy this issue, he just says that his work has a one year warranty. I looked through my invoices and can find nothing that indicates we agreed to a one year warranty. I have asked Bruce to provide me with documentation that I signed agreeing a one year warranty and he has not done that. Through my research, it seems most companies that complete this type of work offer a 15 year warranty. We got over 60 years out of the original orangeberg sewer pipe that was used when our house was built, but couldn't even get 3 years out of the shoddy work performed by Neil's Excavation. We are now faced with writing a check for $12,000 to the buyers ofour home at closing so that they can pay to have this work re-done. Neil's is an unprofessional business, with terrible communication and even worse accountability. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere should you need this type of work done on your home.
