They even went into the hall closet and the bedroom closet with the flooring. And this included the steps from the hallway to the kitchen. They also installed the stair treads which all matched nicely. The second job was another bedroom which they completed in one day. We have been very pleased with Towne Interiors and plan on consulting them to do all the rest of our floors and some tile work.

My experience with Phylis was brief but concerning. I contacted her for a small design project for a new condo. She visited the condo promptly and was very courteous. During the walk, she mentioned that she would send three mood boards for each space. I had some existing furniture pieces that I wanted her to incorporate, and she agreed to charge $1800 for the project, considering its size. She assured me that she would send me mood boards up to my satisfaction, a visualizer, and then accompany me to a few stores to shop for furniture. I promptly paid her invoice and received a timeline. However, upon reviewing it, I noticed that she had been quite thorough in her planning. Unfortunately, she didn't stick to the timeline. Instead of sending me three mood boards, she only sent one after about a week for one of the bedrooms. I texted her back and forth, expressing my disappointment, and she promised to rectify the situation as soon as possible. Despite her assurances, she continued to make mistakes. She didn't provide the necessary furniture for the living room, despite my repeated requests. We spoke again, and she apologized, promising to make things right. She said she would submit everything on the weekend of May 1-2. Now that her assistant has returned, things should speed up. However, she hasn't sent me anything since then. After texting her multiple times, she finally sent a few mood boards. She made excuses, claiming that this was a creative project that took time. She also sent me her billable hours, including the cost for a discovery call and the site visit, which she had previously stated she wouldn't charge. Additionally, she informed me that I had already exhausted all my hours and couldn't receive any money back. Phylis's business practices are lacking. She overpromises and underdelivers. She doesn't read emails or messages from clients on time. It's clear that she's not a reliable or trustworthy businessperson. I hope that others don't fall victim to her scams and waste their time and money.
