Several months ago, I found Mario's business card in my mailbox. My initial thought was: "Here's an enterprising young man...working in the neighborhood and simultaneously drumming up business". I saved his card and later called him for an estimate to paint some rooms in our townhouse. My original suspicion was correct. Mario is an excellent, hardworking, reasonably priced painter. After we briefly talked on the phone Mario stopped by several days later and gave us a reasonable estimate, several references, ideas on color selection and a store to buy the needed paint at a discount, using his account. Mario and his helper arrived promptly at the scheduled time, patched and sanded cracks and nail holes, moved furniture, masked and covered the entire area and worked like demons painting our kitchen, dining room, family room, den and hallways. When finished, my wife and I were totally WOWED! Smooth walls and ceilings, no bare or thin spots, ruler straight lines, along with excellent clean up. In short; no runs, no drips, no errors. I needed some paint repair 2 cracked above the sliding door, water damage on ceiling drywall(the roof was already repaired), cracking entire hallway and nails in bedroom hallway that pushed through the drywall. Mario came to our house and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We had all the wallpaper from the entire family room removed and all the cracks in the drywall fixed. Then the entire room was painted. Mario told us that he could do the job in two days. He arrived with one helper early Saturday morning and finished for the night around 6 pm. On Sunday they came early and finished the job by mid afternoon. They did a lot of work in a short amount of time and did quality work. They even cleaned up when they were finished which was awesome because I've had other contractors that left a mess! We would highly recommend Mario's painting if you want a job well done!
