It's been over a month since my husband and I hired this company to paint our three bedroom house. We got their number from a friend who hired them to paint his gutters. When my husband mentioned to him that we were thinking about painting our house, he recommended Will from nelson painting. He said they were real friendly and honest and did a great job on his gutters. He had someone else before nelson painting paint the gutters, and they did a poor job. I called will from nelson painting and set up a time for him to come out. Will and another guy came out, they looked at what we wanted painted. He told us that he will call us, or mail us a written estimate so we can shop around. A few days later we received the written estimate, we decided to call around and see if we could find a better price. That was short lived, everyone else we got estimates from, had a thing about them that didn't seem as right as nelson painting. I got back to will from nelson painting, set up a time for him to come out again, we picked out our colors, and set a date for him and his painters to come paint our house. We had them paint three bedrooms, a living room and dining room, kitchen and bathroom. It took them four days and the job was done. If you saw the place before they painted it, you would not believe it now. They did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier that our friend told us about them. I would definitely recommend them. I was looking for a painter to paint my living room. I tried a few companies for estimates, and they were expensive. I noticed nelson painting on here, and figured I try them also. I called and left a message. A few hours later Will called me and asked what I was looking to get done. I explained to him that I wanted my living room painted. He asked when a good time would be to check it out. I told him where I was located and he offered to come out that evening. He arrived about an hour later. It took about 15minutes. He was able to give me a price on the spot. It was lower then the other guys, so I said, lets do this. I already knew what colors I wanted. He told me that he prefers to only use Benjamin Moore paints. I gave him my colors and had a date to paint two days later. He arrived with one other guy. They came in, moved a few pieces of furniture, covered everything and got to work. I can't remember off hand how long it took. Anyway, the outcome of this story is, Will and nelson painting did a beautiful job. I couldn't be happier with them. I will most definitely use them again in the future. read more

I happen to come across the ad for the passover special, and it sounded like a good deal. I called inquiring about it. Long story short, they came out, checked out my kitchen and said it will be $300. Wait a second, the ad said $250. But then the guy who came over explained that it's starting at $250, meaning it could be more. I was told that I had a lot of grease on my walls and there was some minor fixing up. What to do, I told them I will get back to them in a few days. Well anyway, a week went by and I forgot all about the kitchen. I saw there card on my fridge and remembered that I was thinking about getting my kitchen painted. I gave them a call back and decided to go along with the job. I had it painted an off white color. I was not real pleased that I had to pay an extra $50 dollars, but in the end it was worth it. They did a nice job, I even sit in the kitchen sometimes looking at the walls, trying to find something that is wrong with it. So far nothing is wrong. Over all, I don't have any real complaints. I hired them to fix a wall in my den, I had water damage in my wall from a leak. They did a great job, they replaced the wall with a new piece of drywall and then patched it up, primed it, and painted it. No complaints from me. I will definitely hire them again in the future. read more
