But when I mentioned this, the response was, "I have a waiting list. Maybe it's time to part ways." I don't use the aesthetics side much; I felt like I must not have been generating enough $ to warrant medical help. Aesthetically, they don't disclose prices, and they change from what they tell you the first time to what they charge when you check out. They also charge for the "convenience" of getting the product there rather than from the pharmacy, but charge 3x the amount for it. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I originally…read morescheduled a consultation, not a treatment. I had laser hair removal done at this place over two years ago with a different aesthetician at their other location, but I didn't feel like I saw the results I was hoping for. During my consultation, I explained that to the new aesthetician. Instead of performing a consultation with a small test spot, she offered to do a complimentary full treatment that day at no charge. Looking back, I don't think that was the appropriate approach. The purpose of a consultation and test spot is to see how your skin reacts before treating an entire area. If there is an adverse reaction, it is limited to one small area rather than your entire face. She also told me she was increasing the laser setting because the previous treatments had been done on a lower setting. In my opinion, increasing the setting significantly after such a long break without first doing a test spot was not appropriate. She then treated my entire face twice with the laser instead of just doing it one time. Within two days, my face became severely swollen, inflamed, and covered in painful bumps. The reaction became so severe that I had to go to the emergency room, where I was diagnosed with folliculitis and prescribed medication. I informed the aesthetician about what happened, I was told that some patients can experience reactions after laser treatments. While I understand that mild reactions can happen, I do not believe the severity of what I experienced is a normal outcome. This experience has caused me significant emotional distress as well as additional financial expenses from my emergency room visit and medications. I am trying to heal my skin at the moment, however I am now worried about the possibility of scarring and hyperpigmentation being left. I truly believe this situation could have been avoided if a proper consultation had been performed, including a test spot, rather than proceeding with a full-face treatment using increased laser settings after I had not received treatment for over two years. As well as not going over my face two times with the laser machine. I hope this review encourages the business to re-evaluate its consultation process and take extra precautions so that future clients do not have to go through a similar experience.

Other techs would leave products to absorb in as part of the facial, mine was removed as quickly as it was applied. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I was going to give a second chance, but why after this....my appointment will be cancelled tomorrow when I call.
