He call back promptly and had his plumber at our house the next morning, after we had waited 6 days for the other businesses to show up and fix the problem. The plumber came exactly at the stated time and quickly fixed the leak. The price was also much better than the quotes from the big guys. Give them a call! They exceeded our expectations that had been lowered by one of the big plumbing businesses.

They were looking for a leak out by the street. The man dug down exactly 17 inches with a tiny hand shovel. It took him about half an hour. He did not find the leak. It was pouring rain so I don't know how he thought he was going to find it at that time. We ended up having to hire somebody else. We got an incredibly huge bill in the mail. When I called to inquire, the owner told me that he considered it an emergency service and added extra fees. Plus, he added much extra time on for when he was here. We did not agree with the bill and asked to discuss it. He refused. Three weeks after coming out to dig the hole,, he left a horrible threatening message on our phone saying that he's turning us into collections because he feels we should've paid it by now. I've had this company do work for me for the past 25 years. They always had good service and decent fair prices. I'm not sure what has happened but definitely needs turned into the BBB. I now have heard from many people that this company has gone sour, they price gouge And are no longer ethical. I absolutely would never recommend them. We paid half of what he was asking which still was way over the agreed price. We told him that if he pursue, we will take him to small claims. We wrote him a check and told him if he cashes it that tells us that he agrees that we are paid in full. He cashed the check and that was the end of it. Greg was assigned to my service request and did arrive on time. However, his overall demeanor was unfriendly and unprofessional, especially for someone in a customer-facing role. Shortly after he arrived, my daughter experienced a sudden medical emergency--a seizure, her first ever. I was in the next room calling 911 while emergency responders arrived. It was an extremely stressful and urgent situation. I have no doubt he could hear me screaming her name and calling emergency services. About 10 paramedics came stomping down my short hallway. It was quite the commotion. Before leaving with my daughter in the ambulance, I briefly let Greg know he could continue the work if needed. His response was: "Make sure your dogs are locked up. I don't want to be bit." My dogs were locked up when he arrived and he knew that. Given the circumstances, this felt incredibly lacking in awareness and basic human empathy. I understand safety concerns, but the timing and delivery of that comment were inappropriate. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons and this guy shouldn't be entering any one's home.
