I got my car key programmed and battery replaced in one of my key fobs. Unfortunately it stopped connecting to my car and didn't work after about a week. I was recommended to Art's by a locksmith in Dublin. I called Arts to cut a key and program a remote for a 2012 Hyundai. He quoted me price and I advised I would be out in 20 mins. I arrived at Arts. The locksmith was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. He did the work, tested the key and remote. He gave me the keys and remotes and had me operate both. Everything worked to perfection. I took the lock to them as I thought it was broken and they easily told me the solution and helped me so I can out the lock on my door. This was an urgent requirement, and were very impressed with the speed at which someone came out to give us a quote inspection. Initial guy who came to inspect the property for the quote was really nice... but then things took a turn for the worse. A week later and still no quote - just repeated excuses and promises of "We'll get it to you." When our Security Officer called up to check on the status of the quote, he was told "I'll get round to it when I am done with my other work". The person who our Security Officer spoke to was incredibly rude and confrontational. When our Security Officer asked to speak to the person's supervisor, he replied that there was no supervisor because he was the owner of the company. Oh dear! If this is the level of customer service we can expect, then we will not be moving forward with our request. read more
