I had been putting off getting my headliner fixed for awhile I'd been referred to Art's by west coast collision a couple months ago. I finally called Art & he was able to fit me in within a couple days of me calling. He was completely professional on the phone & super nice when I dropped off my truck. He said it'd be a couple hours & actually called me sooner the I expected saying it was done AND for LESS then the original quote I was given. I wasn't sure what to expect since I'd never had a headliner replaced. It looks GREAT!! You can't tell at all it was replaced at all. He did and AMAZING job! I just talked to him about detailing my truck, especially if he could get my rims cleaned. They're embarrassing they're so dirty. He showed me how clean he could get it by using a small spot to show me. He got it so clean I could see myselfN not only do I highly recommend him for headliner replace but for derailing also. He's completely professional but no bait & switch. A completely honest down to earth professional guy who does amazing work. I simply can't say about good things about him & the work he does except call him & see how amazing he is!!! I wish I could give him for than 5 stars because he truly deserves more. Art absolutely exemplified a business owner willing to go to all lengths to super satisfying his customers. I spent 5 years restoring and building a 1970 Plymouth Superbird and needed just a few more details to complete the build.. I brought it to Art and he did the HEADLINER, the VINYL TOP, installed the BACK WINDOW, and while he was doing the work, I asked if he knew of anyone who could do an exhaust system from the headers back? Art, said yes, "I know of a great guy right down the street I'll take your car there and get it done..needless to say it was first class all the way, welding all joints, using stainless steel, and Flowmasters! I'm Sharing this because Art is honest, charged a fair price, went above and beyond to EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS!! And he did it all in ONE WEEK!!!! The headliner on our Dodge Minivan was starting to come down last week. Called and spoke with Art. He explained why this was happening (the factory cut the material too short) and how he would tackle the job... making sure enough cloth was used and tucked under the foam so that it wouldn't come down again for at least three years... guaranteed! He communicated real well and offered color options for the material. The job was completed on time and as promised. Very pleased with the work. I just had my 2008 Chrysler Town and Country detailed by Art. Wow, what a great job. I had been using the van to bring building supplies to the house for a couple of years and It had gotten to the point that I couldn't keep it clean. Here is a man who takes pride in his work. Every inch of my 2003 Exhibition's interior was accessed and cleaned. Every inch of the exterior was examined and detailed. I have had headliners installed and 1 vehicle detailed. All work was explained prior to completion and completed professionally. Questions I asked were answered and results were to my liking. I took Art the worst clean up as far as pet hair you could imagine.
