I had a light breakfast in the van and wanted something else with another cup of coffee. This…read moremorning, it was going to be a hot dog. I've been seeing these at Love's along my drive and they're definitely cheap - two for $3.33 or something like that. How could I not? The pump area was tidy with no trash. Long stick squeegees and that was helpful for removing the bugs and grime from the windshield after a lot of driving. I went inside and prepared my coffee. Good choices, a half dozen or so creamer flavors and several different types of sweeteners. At the hot dog roller, the buns area was well stocked and there was a combination of "ready" and "still heating" hot dogs available in multiple flavors. It was the basic beef dog today and points off because the cheese dispenser was out and the chili was almost out. The other toppings options were needing restocking. This needs some work. Otherwise, the rest rooms were clean and the store was clean. Maybe just an off morning? [Review 17134 overall - 50 in Montana - 650 of 2022.]

The Hardees in this Love's Travel Stop is terrible. I ordered lunch on 7/13/2026 around 11 AM and…read morethe burgers were cold, the bun was hard as a rock (3 people including me complained about the hardness of the buns). My wife's chicken sandwich had undercooked chicken, and the fries were cold. Don't waste your money. Eat the food that is in the Loves Travel Store itself. Loves needs to get rid of this Hardees or get new management for it.

Very disappointed. Our family has been buying vehicles here for going on 25 years. Had a Ford…read moreMotorcraft battery bought from them a couple years ago that is still covered under the 36 month free replacement. It recently failed and tested bad cell. Hauled it the 80 miles to them and parts guy said he can't do anything without a receipt even though he knows darn well it came from there and it shouldn't matter anyway since it's a Ford battery with a nationwide warranty. I would understand if something appeared out of place in addition to not having any receipt, but it even still has the date of manufacture on it which proves it's inside of the warranty period and being a long established customer should help I'd think. It's 2024, people don't carry paper receipts around for their batteries from 2 years ago. I've not been to a business in 15 years that doesn't have every transaction stored under the customer name on their computer anyways. It's sad they were willing to throw away so many years of past and future purchases simply over a battery that's under warranty still. I was just getting ready to buy a new bale bed pickup before year end too. Called the next nearest dealer to me upon leaving the building and they said bring the battery in, no problem to warranty, they would stand behind it. I felt bad for raising my voice upon leaving, but the parts guy couldn't help but make a comment when I turned to walk away with my bad battery (which in their defense I've never had happen with the folks here before.) I think it's maybe time for him to find a different job. What a bunch of nonsense to get out of warranting a battery. All good things must come to an end I suppose and we'll simply be doing business with Ford at a different dealership. Don & Ray Pearce
