So this attitude clearly starts from the top. Your sign hanging outside literally says "PATCH $30." I came in for a nail in my tire and buddy tells me $35. Do I care about the extra $5? I literally could care less. But then why does your sign say $30? Either charge what the sign says or update the sign. But honestly the bigger issue was the attitude. From the first interaction until the second he finished, this guy had nothing but attitude and arrogance for absolutely no reason. Disgusting behavior coming from a business owner. Buddy, have you Googled how many tire shops are within a 0.1 mile radius from your location? You act like customers have nowhere else to go. I've personally come to you guys probably a dozen times, and my dad has come even more than me over the years. Loyalty clearly means nothing here. Count all those future $30 patches, tire replacements, rotations, and alignments you're gonna be missing out on from now on over an extra $5 and a terrible attitude. Good job little brother.
