Came here yesterday for new tires (all 4). The guy that was changing them decided to work on someone else's car in the middle of working on my car. That customer had came after me too. Did not care about my time whatsoever. After he finished the tire pressure light was still on so I asked him why & he dismissed me so fast saying "it'll go away later". I checked the tire pressure today and instead of being at "38" all my tires were at different pressures highest one being at 48!!! They don't care about customer satisfaction. I ordered a tire for a trailer , the girl at the desk said that they would get me a 6 ply tire for $80. I said ok. Turns out they gave me a 2 ply tire!!!!!!! I ended ordering 2 brand new ones from amazon for $ 120 with rims and threw away their trash ! Never never will ever go back , big rip off. They take advantage of people that can't afford new tires and sell them old ones for almost full price. read more

Went here for a tire repair. The tire tech who was working was awesome! Great work, and done fast! The only negative was, it was expensive! $25 for a simple patch. $10 more than down the street. I came out to my car at work with a flat yesterday and was stressed out about what I was going to do to get home. A lot of people where I work down the street swore by this place so I went there and they immediately helped me as soon as I pulled in. They were able to luckily patch my tire, take off the spare, and put it back on my car in 30 minutes and for a good price too. My tire is still holding strong. They were super friendly and attentive, Misa even checked and filled my other tires without me having to ask which was super great! I will definitely be going back to rotate my tires/get new tires in the future. read more

They do charge more than other businesses including commercial businesses (Costco, America's Tire depot, etc.), but I'm more than happy to be coming here to support the local business when receiving such service. This is the sixth Time I come to this tire shop for a patch up or for a tire replacement. Not only is it pretty close to where I live however, I would drive here if it wasn't that close because the service is amazing and they always have the tires I need at a very good quality and price. They are very cheap compared to other tire shops and commercial spots in the area. They are also always busy which means they also have great service and a lot of people comeback because of this I'm sure. My tire patch up has always been $12 which is the cheapest I've ever experienced for this service. They do take credit cards also which is a bonus and they have rims for sale in case you're interested in upgrading. you can't miss the spot because it is on the corner of a big intersection. read more

I went to El Alteno for brand new tires and an alignment only because it was close to my work. They asked me to come back so they could order my tires which is unusual since Honda Civic tires are so common. I came back on my scheduled time and date and they still had me wait. The install took 4 hours and my tire popped less than a month later. When I called to see if they can accommodate me given the timing of it all, they said that they do not warranty tires. I understand this is their policy but they did nothing to try to help. Overall this was a bad experience and I will never go to this place again, nor would I recommend it. read more

This place is a scam. They are shady. Mechanics try and find anything to make you have to pay a fee they made up in the front of inspecting for parts. They get so passive when you say you don't want to do what they recommend in he front. I guarantee you the mechanics will tell you to come look at your car for some thing they not picked on your car when your sitting in the wait bench to sucker you in. Held my ground and said no. I hope others can learn to do so too because other cars were pretty ok but the recommendations sounded like a money grab on people who may not know a lot about cars and what repairs cost. Take your service elsewhere. I've been here twice. The first time i came to get my brakes done on my Volkswagen. I thought they did a good job until a few months later when I was changing my oil, I noticed the brake sensoring wires were cut! I had a signal on my car on the dash but didn't know what it was for, then it made sense. So I went back, and the manager at first was like, "No i think it was like that" But I had just bought the car a few months back and it never gave me a warning. So they changed the breaks with a sensor at no charge so that was nice. Next time I came to get a new set of tires, I come with my dad so I don't get jipped and he notices that the guy changing the tires is putting the jack too close to the edge where it's plastic. He doesnt mention it to him, but next thing you know he dents that plastic piece on the side underneath the door. Just as my dad had said! He didn't even say anything he just continued to do the half ass job. So we tell the manager and he's like "Oh sorry about that we'll give you a discount" You can't really see it but I can see it and that's what matters. Do your job right! So I get home and re-inspect everything and I see that the valve caps for the tires are these cheapo plastic ones and I had just bought some nice ones for it at Autozone like months ago! Youre really going to steal those?! Come on people do your job right! Not coming here again, the only things is that the guys that work here are nice but they mess your car up. read more

I have used their services twice, once to get a tire patched and the other to buy a used tire. When I needed the used tire, they were able to tell me if they had the tire size I was looking for over the phone. I came in and the technician replaced the tire fast. What was great about this place, however, is that after installing the tire, the tech checked the air pressure of my other tires and filled them for no extra charge. Definitely worth taking your business here. read more
