Super fast service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended! I dropped by on a busy Saturday morning to have 4 tires mounted & balanced. This location operates like a NASCAR pit crew. Cars are constantly in & out. Once I gave the go ahead "The Crew" had my Prius lifted & had all 4 wheels off in a couple minutes. The entire dismount, mount & balance process took about 15 minutes to 20 minutes max. I paid with my debit card and hit the road. Incredible! Needed to get tires replaced urgently, called ahead and customer service and sense of urgency was top notch. They got the tires we needed next day and when we arrived they were very attentive and got the replacements on fast. Moreover, they definitely appreciate the importance of keeping the physical place orderly and well kept. Paint on the walls was fresh, tin roofing was not all damaged and worn and the tools/equipment/inventory were all neatly arranged in the shop; excellent. I will say that it's cramped and there's no waiting area but their customer service and professionalism is top notch so odds are you won't wait long and that makes this place worth doing business with. If they don't have a tire that we want they can always get it right away. Ask for Jerry, he's a great manager. The last time we were there Daniel helped us too. Legit tire place!! TL;DR Drive over there, save a bunch & get excellent tires in an LA minute from awesome ppl that know their stuff! First of all, as a woman going to any shop I always have to be aware of potential mansplaining and general price gouging on top of the regular nonsense that everyone deals with. But let me assure you that this shop-Jerry & George (who I think might be the mgrs) and all the mechanics there treated me with respect, made me feel comfortable and were super polite. They gave me excellent service at an excellent price - $300 cheaper than the quote by my house! This is not anywhere near my area but my tire blew out on the way to my friend's house in NoHo and he said take it to J & J! They have been going here for years and had wonderful things to say about them. I called ahead and got the quote for my new tires and then went the next day and got them in about 20-30 minutes! Shop owner is a real POS and should not be running that place. I got a set of tires about a month and a half ago brand new and yesterday the rear tire blew out on me on the highway causing me to spin out. I then had to turn around on my popped tire to go the way of traffic and drove on the wheel and not a tire. I called JNJ because I know I have warranty on my tires and they told me to come to the shop so they could take a look at the wheel when I arrive to the shop the shop owner immediately started to look at my wheel and and said that I'm not warranty because my tire was on a light stretch and because the wheel had a hairline crack. I decided to get the wheel repaired by them and a new tire. I go out today to pick up my wheel at once I arrive the same shop owner tells his worker that his "boyfriend" arrived to pick up his wheel, (me) I used to go to J&J because they had good prices and they were cool people but after today I will not be going back to J&J so disappointing... shop owner is a real cocky asshole, with his fucked up hitler mustache read more

I was super worried about where to take my brand new Advan wheels from Japan to get tires mounted on them. These wheels cost over $3000 alone, and I was mounting brand new Falken tires on them. Mounting up these tires would require a slight stretch onto the wheels, and the shop that I went to yesterday was unsure if they could do it. That didn't make me feel good, because if people are unsure, I feel like they will possibly damage my wheels. I called my friend Terry Pham to ask him where he got his wheels mounted and balanced. He has the same car as me, and he told me that he has been going to J&J Tires for years. I trusted Terry, because he always has expensive wheels also. Today I drove to J&J Pacoima just to mount up 225/40/ZR18 Falken Azenis FK510 UHP summer ultra high performance tires onto my 18x9J and 10J Advan RSII wheels. I don't live near there, but I don't mind driving a little bit to a shop that is reputable and will be careful with my wheels.
