I needed someone to remove & dispose of old tires, & install new tires on my sister's car - we had already purchased a new set of tires, but needed to find someone who: 1) will install them for us 2) was still open after typical work hours on a weekday (after 5pm) 3) would give us a decent price or at least, give us the same price as surrounding businesses i've called before J&J tires checked off all 3 boxes for us. I gave them a call & they said to come in anytime before 6:30pm, & i was immediately tended to. They do get busy, but staff are so quick & efficient you will get flagged down & be helped at a reasonable time. Total price was $100 which was the quote i was getting from other places too. I went to get a patch on my tire because I had a screw in it. Service was good but when I asked to reset my TPMS they said it will cost $25 that to me is ridiculous. The TPMS module only cost by seven to $15 and the service should only take Five minutes max. And he never checked the tire pressures on the rest of my tires to me does not deserve a five star review not enough customer service. read more

THE PEOPLE IN THE ALIGNMENT BUSINESS ARE SCAMMERS. $500 for brake change. $600 for alignment because they "found" something. I would only recommend this place place for a quick tire patch ONLY. They try to sell you cheap tires for expensive prices not including installation/balance. There alignment shop claims to work on suspension but they dont. Just expect to go back 3 or 4 times to get realigned. read more

Be careful" They offered to replace them both right away, but I didn't know if I could trust them, so I left. 2 weeks later someone completely unrelated told me that my tires are bald. I went to Pep Bxox's 3 times to fix vibration after they installed the tires I purchased at the store. They could not fix it and told me all my wheels were bent. Took it to J&J and they rebalanced them. Inside and outside balancing (the other shop only did the outer edge). That is all it took and it fixed the vibration. Competitive pricing and you get in and out rather quickly. This is an old school tire shop that gets the job done. It is not fancy, no free coffee, no lounge, but they do skilled work at competitive prices. I returned with my other vehicle that the other shop could not get right. I have lifetime alignment there but every time I take it something is not right. J&J did the job quickly and the car rides straight now + it has a 6 month warranty for their work. The other shop is lifetime but every time I go they act like they are doing me a favor. A few times I've had to argue for the print out and they "can't find it" so they redo the alignment (hmmmm). If you are looking for a no nonsense shop in the valley and are ok w/ a little elbow grease on their mechanics, then this is a good option. read more

I went in to buy a set of tires. The employee greets me and says they have a set of Lionheart tires that are selling for $120 each. I told him that was ok with that price. They took the wheels off and when they were mounting them back, I noticed the tire says "Arroyo Eco," so I immediately jumped on my phone to look up the price, Arroyo Eco tires are $50 each and are low quality.
