I came across this salon after a good friend of mine recommended it. This past Saturday I had gone to cut the tips of my hair with a new lady who was exceptionally sweet. However, I walked out with most of my hair butchered in an awful set of layers. After days of searching for a trustworthy hairdresser, I went with my friends advice, and booked an appointment with Arturo. They have a superb and easy online appointment system. It allowed me to crear an appointment, I received an email confirmation that the salón had received the date, and even better I was able to change my appointment date and time (depending on the availability). I must say I was very nervous getting to the salon, however I was pleasantly surprised by an all white salon that was oh so clean! Everything was nicely placed and very aesthetically pleasing. I met most of the staff, of whom all welcomed me in as if they had known me for years. I quickly learned about them, and I must say I felt right at home. Arturo was kind, funny, welcoming, and best of all provided a type of customer service that was impeccable. He gave me suggestions based on my hair type, and did what I thought was nearly impossible.... he fixed my hair! I was not happy loosing my long locks, but I must say I'm grateful for that mishap, because I have found my new go to for all my hair needs. Thank you Arturo! I absolutely adore Arturo and his attention to detail. Not only does he make sure my wants are fulfilled but he explain his process while doing it to make you feel extremely comfortable. I went to Arturo because I needed to retouch my Ombrè and he went above and beyond my expectations! I did feel like the line was a little harsh the first time (but that is what he thought I wanted) as soon as he heard that I was not 100% satisfied he told me to come in so he can retouch it with no extra charge! And how can I forget about Yeni! I love my eyebrows now! And that was a first. She is so patient, pays extreme attention to detail to make sure she gives you the best possible! I had a very bad experience @ this salon my first and last I will never go back.. I wanted my hair blonde and came out with orange color hair and the highlites greenish was awful was there for hours and hours, 9:15am til like 4pm after like 3 toners my hair was still orange!!! Everybody that saw me told me what happen to my my hair i had an awful week at work i was the joke of the week at work & out of work!!!! i mean i have no words to explain the color :(. The owner is super nice and loved the cut, but i have no idea what happen with the color felt very unhappy this whole week. now i have appt at another salon this saturday to try and fix the color, my hair is already super damage with all the colors and toners they used to try and bring down the awful yellow, gold, awful orange color the orange gold color was so strong that no matter how many toners my hair still looks like a carrot...... I should've asked for a refund i paid $170 to look like a clown! My boss even told me don't come to work monday if u still have that awful color !!!!! I never been so embarrassed and uncomfortable ! Absolutely in love with Arturo and his salon! It's been so, so long that I have trusted a salon to get the results I want CONSISTENTLY and am so happy to have found him. He is literally a scissor god and takes the time to listen AND cut. I'm extremely picky with my hair but he gave me just what I wanted and my hair looks so healthy. I just recently did my chocolate Keratin with him and after this being about my 6th treatment over time, this time was definitely the best. My hair is perfect! I love these guys! Arturo and Yodary make miracles happen. They're like the Jesus Christ of hair stylists. Frizzy hair? Split ends? Dull color? No problem! You'll have gorgeous hair in an hour or two! It's like all of a sudden Angels descend from heaven as cherubs play sweet melodic tunes and miraculously you're a runway version of yourself. I do recommend that you listen to the stylists. I feel like women are too set in their ways with how they do their hair, for example, I didn't want Yodary to dye my hair a shade of red because I hate reds. But he convinced me and let me tell you, the compliments I get are almost daily. Don't be afraid. I drive all the way from almost Miramar to them. They are worth it. They are also very nice and recommend products that are good for your hair type. I enjoy coming here. I also suggest making appointments as they get pretty busy and there's always a constant flow of clients coming in. read more

Great service and terrific prices, but if you don't speak Spanish, you might experience some communication difficulties. Arturo Orta is a wonderful man and really makes sure that you leave the salon fully satisfied. Definitely check this place out - they offer a wide variety of services. There's definitely more of a family-style atmosphere here; it seemed as if everyone knew each other and there were a lot of kids running around (which might turn you off if you're looking for a super luxe salon).
