She was so kind and friendly we had a great time as she cut my hair. I asked for a butterfly cut and I believe she did great job. She asked how short I wanted my bang pieces bc if she cut them shorter they wouldn't fit into a ponytail and I VERY much appreciated that because I work out often and wouldn't want them to not go into a ponytail. Así es que hice mi cita. El día de mi cita tuve que esperar más de 30 minutos me atendió Yaser Huet . Me preguntó que te vas hacer? Keratina conteste. Al día siguiente mi cabello lucia igual que antes, como si no hubieran hecho nada, entonces me comuniqué con ellos y la dueña me dio una nueva cita para una semana después. Fui a mi cita a la hora acordada sin embargo me hicieron esperar más de una hora, este señor Yaser Huet estaba atendiendo a una muchacha haciéndole un tinte que no le gustó y se lo tuvo que volver a repetir. Finalmente cuando me toco a mi me pregunta que paso? Le dije que la keratina no me duró nada y me respondió que yo nunca le dije que quería keratina que yo siempre le dije Botox cirugía capilar, le expliqué que a lo mejor se estaba confundiendo porque yo siempre me hago keratina me dijo sabes que con esa actitud yo no te voy atender ni te voy hacer nada y se fue!! Y desde el principio esa era su intención el no atenderme. Le dije Ok dije entonces devuélveme mi dinero y me voy, fue cuando recién la dueña vino con otra muchacha que me dijo.....yo te lo voy hacer. Este empleado Yaser Huet no sabe tratar a los clientes , fue irrespetuoso, su actitud fue muy mala con mentiras trata de corregir su error, en todo momento dije que quería keratina nunca me hago otra cosa. ademas que pude comprobar con la muchacha que se estaba haciendo el tinte antes que yo que el quiere hacerte lo que el quiere sin tener en cuenta lo que tú quieres. Me maltrató, no reconoció su error ni tampoco tuvo la voluntad de corregirlo! No sabe que el vive de los clientes? Nunca más!! El personal del salón que hace uñas y cejas siempre fueron atentos, mi mal comentario es exclusivamente sobre este individuo Yaser Huet, no por el establecimiento Así que si vas por ahí y tienes la mala suerte que te vaya a atender....EVÍTALO!
