He always returned my calls in a timely fashion, he arrived on the job right on time (before we even got there). He and three other workers moved our whole household from storage to our new home. He supplied two trucks. They worked extremely fast, while treating our belongings with care. They thoughtfully unloaded, making sure that everything was put where we wanted it. They charged exactly the hourly rate they promised with no add-on charges and even finished the job in a little less time than predicted. They were kind and pleasant to work with. We relocated across town to a smaller place. This was a stressful move for 2 seniors. Arturo and his sons were fantastic, on time and ready to work! We had to store a lot of stuff in our one car garage (washer-dryer, refrig. etc). Arturo instinctively knew how to arrange the garage storage so we would be able to access the boxes if we needed to. They were very careful with the furniture and set up the rooms the way we wanted. What I appreciated the most was the calmness ....Arturo would hum and sing while working and the sons were very respectful and hard working. We highly recommend this company. Arturo and his team were so kind, efficient and helpful. They helped me move a 11' x 4' solid wood farmhouse table that weighed a ton. They arrived at the pick up location exactly on time, picked it up without me there and made sure all the parts were included. They delivered it to my house and set it up in my back yard down a stone trail without a scratch. This was not an easy item to move and they only charged me for an hour of their time. My family has used Arturo's moving for a few years now. First he moved my folks from their home into an assisted living unit and did so with compassion and grace. He then helped my sister move things from storage in Buellton down to Los Angeles and again he and his crew were great. This past weekend, I had him move me from one condo to another and it was raining! Arturo and his crew carefully covered every piece of furniture and was so professional. Arturo and crew exceeded every expectation we had for assistance in packing and hauling. Arturo understood better than we did what was needed to vacate our mobile home by the required time. He and his crew packed most of kitchen and various pieces and valuables from each room. They understood how to place the boxes, suitcases, and all into a moving cube so that nothing was damaged and made a dump run with the leftovers that we had designated.
