To document, I sent an email requesting a full-refund. Wife (Rosemarie Bachan) responded: "Our receipt states: NO REFUNDS. They refused to refund my $1,100. May, 2026, I filed a suit in Small Claims Court. A judgement was entered against Chrisupholstery. Judge ruled. My $1,100 must be returned to me. July, 2026, they still refuse to abide by court's order. Next step, return to court. Initiate "Enforcement proceedings ." Sheriff will force them to obey court's order. Which is to return my $1,100 downpayment for work not performed. Be aware!
