Upholstery of 4 dining room chairs nicely done in 2 weeks. Scratched arms of chairs,took pictures and promised someone would contact me. No calls, finally tracked them down by phone, set up date for repairer to come. Wasted all day waiting, no one came. Called again and set up another date. Two workers came to pick up chairs in pouring rain. I refused to send back chairs as I didn't trust them not to scratch chairs further as well as get them soaking wet. They came to pick up my leather chairs in November of 2023. They were super nice and told me it would take about 2 weeks. They brought samples and explained to me the process. I was very excited. After a few weeks, I followed up and they said that they were having trouble finding a color match. They suggested I come to the warehouse to see if there was a color I was okay with. I tried to get out there, but I travel for work most of the week, and the hours/days didn't line up. Fast forward past the holidays and now we are in Jan of '24. Emails and calls -- no response. I finally got Mike on the phone after calling from a different number (can't make this stuff up), and he was very apologetic -- they were 'waiting for me to come out so select a different color' -- I explained that this was not an option and that they needed to either find the color match or come to me with options. 'Ok, I will have Eli call you at EOD to figure it out'... Nothing. More calls, more emails. Nothing. So here we are mid-May of 20204 and I can't get anyone on the phone or to reply to my emails. [[HIGHLIGHT]]While it took so time--we originally contacted Eli after we saw the issue with the loveseat on 3/20, and multiple reviews with Yelp, Angie's List and Home Advisor and contacting my credit card company, we finally heard from Eli on 3/27.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He made an appointment, picked up the sofa and completed the repairs in a short time; we were invited to take a look at his shop for approval. The loveseat was delivered the day after. So far, so good. The seat is much firmer than the original delivery.
