He had the watch only for 3 minutes if that and you can't see what he's doing behind his area it's very covered! He gave me back my watch and charged $36 and said he never removed the links it's me. After asking for his manager and threatening to mall management, and one minute him saying he is the manager and the next saying he's not -- he agreed to taking $12 cash. He charged no tax, wrote no receipt and I'm sure the money went right into his pocket. One look at him and he did not exactly instill confidence in his abilities, manner or level of honesty. I should have walked away to begin with. Don't get any work done without a price quote first.
