We chose to go with Milestone because we wanted the support of a coordinator, and we loved that they regularly worked with specific venues and vendors - there are a lot of venues and vendors nearby and it gets overwhelming without guidance! We toured a few venues before falling in love with Russian River Vineyards, which despite living 15 minutes away from, we had never been to. It was perfect for us. Milestone made the touring process fairly easy, and our tour host Rachel was lovely. Marissa Sartory was our coordinator, and she was fantastic at her job! We had regular check-ins to make sure all the planning was on track, she helped me get set up with Aisle Planner (a planning website that Milestone uses), she recommended vendors, advocated when a vendor was slow to reply, met us at the rental place to assist in picking out table settings, answered all questions about budget, handled all logistical communication with vendors, emailed us helpful planning resources, was amazingly organized, and most importantly, helped the wedding day run perfectly. I am so glad we went with Milestone, and thank you to Marissa!

A coworker of mine just spoke to me regarding her wedding at Krug and low and behold, she's not happy with your services either, you were not transparent about the time/events taking place the day of her wedding and you gave her samantha which she said is inexperienced as well. It won't be me having the only problem with your company and others have huge issues with your company .. But how you went about everything like saying my budget/finances on an online platform without my consent and taking our deposit and applying it somewhere without our consent is poor form and illegal ... very unprofessional and not good if you work in our business.

Your group gets to walk around the beautiful Healdsburg square. It has lots of wine tasting bars, clothes shops, art shops. The "hunt" combines, wine, food, and games. The games in team problem-solving to it's better than something like Food Bank, or bowling or go carts. A cooking class is a 2nd place to this event. We did a 11:30 - 2:30. Lunch at Craftworks with lunch from Costeaux French Bakery. Stacy explains the game rules. The team lead on each team downloads the app. The Awards Ceremony was great. Stacy gives out a ribbon medal to the winning team. Stacy shows all the photos from the app on a screen. The group was laughing so hard. The photos are available afterwards on Google Drive. You can't wrong with this event. Your co-workers will thank you for the most fun corporate outing.

Our wedding was nothing short of a dream and Sova was a delight to work with…read more We reached out earlier this year to tour the facility and immediately knew Denise was different and didn't have the same stuffy attitude so many other wedding industry people have in Sonoma County. The grounds took our breath away, but it was also Denise's expertise and understanding of our limited budget that helped us decide this was the right venue. Throughout planning Denise was amazing and answered all of my insane questions and did multiple tours with family members. We decided to go with Preferred Sonoma Caterers from their vendor list and we were really happy with them as well. Sova including tables and chairs was amazing, and we did all our other rentals through PSC. We also rented the farmhouse for the week which I highly recommend. Our pictures from around the house turned out amazing. I have to stress that the website pictures don't do this place justice. It's beyond gorgeous. Overall, Sova was an exceptional backdrop to our day and I highly recommend it as a venue. Schedule a tour if you're on the fence, you won't regret it!

We had our wedding at Monte Rio Community Center in June 2019. It was the perfect place for us to…read moreget married. We chose to rent out The Meadow space near the river to have an outdoor ceremony and had an indoor reception. First off, MRCC is good for those on a budget. The hall has big glass doors that can open out onto the outdoor area, giving the room a more spacious feel. We had around 70 guests and we could have fit many more. We loved the tall ceiling and wooden beams. The kitchen area was also spacious and manageable. I very much appreciate how much flexibility the center provided us. It helped give us freedom for creativity. Many other spaces we researched allowed only beer and wine, and made you choose from a limited selection of caterers (many, if not all, were outside of our budget). We could choose any caterer we wanted, and provided our own alcohol. Jean was a treat to work with. She was funny, kind, communicative, reliable, and prompt. Whenever I had a question she responded within a few days. She met us numerous times at the center and answered all the questions I had (many times I asked the same one twice, thank you for your patience). She was very warm and made the planning process more enjoyable. As for the meth head from the previous review (from 2013) I did not run into him. I don't think he lives there anymore. I did not have any problems with non-guests. Thank you for helping us have the wedding we've always wanted!

The checkered floor inside the venue adds such a fun touch to photos, and the view from the bridal suite is absolutely stunning. As a photographer I really appreciate how many different backdrops and moments the space offers to create such an elegant Sonoma vibe throughout the wedding day.

We were passed through a few different hands but every hand off was seamless and our information was always relayed with ease. We could not have had a more perfect day. Jaimie was incredible for keeping me in line when I was getting ahead of things and was quick to reassure me of any of my concerns. She was always available and ready for anything that came her way. Our wedding day was magical. It could not have gone any better. The building had a fresh coat of paint. The garden was in full bloom. Emily McAuliffe was great! Both me and my husband had zero ballroom training and Emily introduced the foxtrot to us in a way that was stress-free and fun. Even my uncooperative husband enjoyed the sessions! Emily taught us the swing at the second lesson and the ending (the drop!) at the third and last one. Our wedding guests enjoyed our performance! We're so grateful to Emily and we are thinking of coming back for group lessons.
