The staff at Britannia has always been top notch and this was no different! It really was a fun tea and a fun way to share my love for tea with my kiddos! Parents, you know your kids! Your kiddo may be a bit too young/rambunctious for a teahouse, and that's OKAY. But if you think they'll get along well, it's a wonderful time with amazing staff to make the experience lovely! The Service was excellent, our waitresses are very pleasant and explained everything to us. They have 70 varieties of teas to choose from and each of us got our own tea pots The tea sandwiches and pastries are all tasty and filling. I love everything esp the scone The set up is intimate and very aesthetic and instagrammable! Everything was great except for one of their grouchy personnel who was moping the floor lol!! I have to shout out the extremely kind service - I asked if they had any pens for sale and the sweet lady working there just gave me her pen. So unnecessary but so appreciated, she saved me! They even planned out the color of the china that was used to match our birthday girl. One of my favorite parts was hearing about the history of the house and the spirit that's said to haunt it. Needlessly to say, we were beyond stuffed by the end, even after opting to take most of the desserts to go.
