As far as customer service, this place is not the place you want to go. Holly (the owner) will literally rob you and not respond to any of your emails and phone calls. I am pregnant and cannot tan and she is still charging me for 2 months which is over $200. BEWARE OF LOSING LOTS OF MONEY - DO NOT TAN HERE. and when I tried to talk to the office the person on the phone just kept repeating ... "like I said ..." . They're AWFUL.
