The color of the crown was not quite there and even though I couldn't see it in the dental office, he pointed it out. We decided to keep the crown on temporarily so that I could whiten my teeth a bit so that my teeth color would be closer to the crown color. Anyways I am super pleased with how it looks now and he was able to fill out some gaps on the front teeth with some bonding. I am finally able to smile and not see my old discolored crown and gap in the gum line.

First off the office is new and has all the latest equipment. The X rays are easy and for those of you who hate having to take impressions.... Hate no more. They don't use those nasty impression trays that ooze all in your mouth and make you GAG. I don't recall what it called but it's like a pen they put around your teeth and it takes a digital picture of your teeth. Dr. Bae will tell you what procedures you need now and what can wait. There is absolutely no pressure. Dr Bae and his staff are all about making you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Angelica for your teeth cleaning appointments. I also have to mention that if you need a crown...you can have it the same day. How awesome is that? No temporary crown and waiting weeks for it to come in. That's so yesterday! Dr. Bae also has their own dental plan. It is a so worth it. As we all know most Dental insurance is not so great. I also have to mention how great Dr. Bae's office staff is. If you are looking for an HONEST DENTIST with a great staff go see Dr. Bae in Brea. PS if you are Petrified of Dentists..... Dr Bae recommends you just come in and talk get to know him and tell him your concerns and have X-rays on the initial visit. I arrived around noon and Noemi helped schedule a same day appointment since the dentists were out for lunch. When I returned later, Debbie went over and showed me the documents before I signed anything, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. I also spoke with a family friend in dentistry, and they reassured me that the procedures they proposed were actually necessary, which helped ease some of my concerns. During my visit again, Dr. Gaffino explained that my pain was due to the tooth needing a bit more shaving since I couldn't feel it while numb from the other day. Once she adjusted it, the pressure and ache went away almost instantly. The whole visit was quick, efficient, and I walked out with no more pain/discomfort. Overall, I appreciated the improved bedside manner, communication, and quick and effective work this time around! This visit felt much more helpful and fair.

I'm a dentist snob so I visit the dentist 3-4 times a year. Everyone is my favorite person here…read morelol. Rocio is the front office girl and she's always so jolly and fun to talk to. My teeth are really healthy so I don't see the main dentist often but the couple of interactions I've had with her have been very kind. But my absolute most favorite person to talk to and get my cleanings done with is Huang. She's so down to earth and easy to talk to. She's careful and wont wet you and poke you on accident. She explains everything she does. And the whole cleaning experience feels like a spa! They even give you a hot towel to clean your chin/mouth area up when you're done. There's snacks in there and drinks. Everything is clean and the outside area is adorable. I don't have trouble parking and I don't have to wait. Just walk in and they are ready for my appointment! I saw a video online recently that said it's actually very difficult to find good dentists to do cleanings because many are shady and will only have their dental assistants polish your teeth. I do not have that experience here. The technology is modern and advanced, even some of my old dental places didn't have what they have here. Note: I am a cash paying customer. I do not go through insurance. It's a little expensive compared to other places but you get what you pay for. The experience is much much much better here. And for anyone worried about dealing with people who have accents from their home country, that's also not the case here. They speak fluent English with no accent. Which I know is a weird comment but I think some people care about that. So don't worry about it. It's also super cool that the dentist and hygienist are sisters lol. This dental office is the real deal. Excellent, professional…read morework. Friendly staff, great dentists. Some of the dentist we have gone to in the past seemed to be doing just surface work. Not getting deeper into what dental issues you have. Just cleaning the surface ( literally and figuratively) and not finding critical issues that you need to stay healthy. CDIC is the opposite of this. They find the root of the issue and tell you in a very transparent way what the next steps are. Getting you to a healthy lasting place with your teeth. Highly recommended.
