I'm a dentist snob so I visit the dentist 3-4 times a year. Everyone is my favorite person here lol. Rocio is the front office girl and she's always so jolly and fun to talk to. My teeth are really healthy so I don't see the main dentist often but the couple of interactions I've had with her have been very kind. But my absolute most favorite person to talk to and get my cleanings done with is Huang. She's so down to earth and easy to talk to. She's careful and wont wet you and poke you on accident. She explains everything she does. And the whole cleaning experience feels like a spa! They even give you a hot towel to clean your chin/mouth area up when you're done. There's snacks in there and drinks. Everything is clean and the outside area is adorable. I don't have trouble parking and I don't have to wait. Just walk in and they are ready for my appointment! I saw a video online recently that said it's actually very difficult to find good dentists to do cleanings because many are shady and will only have their dental assistants polish your teeth. I do not have that experience here. The technology is modern and advanced, even some of my old dental places didn't have what they have here. Note: I am a cash paying customer. I do not go through insurance. It's a little expensive compared to other places but you get what you pay for. The experience is much much much better here. And for anyone worried about dealing with people who have accents from their home country, that's also not the case here. They speak fluent English with no accent. Which I know is a weird comment but I think some people care about that. So don't worry about it. It's also super cool that the dentist and hygienist are sisters lol. I could not be happier with my experience at All Day Smile. I had a full cleaning with Lara yesterday and it was definitely the best cleaning that I've ever had. From the moment I walked into the very nice office, I felt welcome and comfortable. They have a really nice Nespresso machine with pretty lovely snacks (think madelines and fig bars). I didn't partake, of course, because I was there for a cleaning, but I was impressed. Not as impressed as when they broke out the Comfort Menu! They offer a wide variety of things to make the experience relaxing, from making your chair a massage chair to blankets to allowing you to pipe your own music through noise-cancelling headphones to under eye masks. I chose a) the massage chair b) the heat turned on to the massage chair c) under eye mask. Next time I think I'll add a blanket and turning on Netflix or getting the headphones. Now, let me describe this cleaning because it really was much better and different than anything I've ever experienced: ***It started with checking the depth of my gums. I've had this done before at my previous dentist...it's where they touch 6 points around your gum on each tooth and then call out numbers. What was different with Laura was that she explained to me "why" and "what was in it for me" to understand what was happening. She showed me a little chart of a tooth and explained that depths can vary which of course they want to measure over time, but what they are really interested in is if you're gums bleed during the exercise. We were able to look at the areas of my gums that were bleeding and then compare that with the depths which is helpful in seeing where I might not be brushing or flossing well or maybe where the depth is deeper than floss can fix alone. Based on this discussion, I'm going to start using a water pik and Lara even suggested a special head that I bought on my phone right on Amazon when I was there. ***The teeth cleaning was not a typical polishing toothbrush like what I'm used to. They have this thing that sprays water, air and powder. The powder is antibacterial and it worked great on my teeth. ***The descaler was what I was used to and Lara did this expertly. Note to self for next time: make sure the massage chair is on and that you have the noise cancelling headphones or Netflix to muffle the sound/feeling of the plaque coming off your teeth. ***She flossed my teeth, gave me a warm towel around my jaw since I'd had it open for so long and then took off my spa-like under eye patches. My teeth were super clean and I felt refreshed. I can't say enough good things about Lara and my whole experience. I made an appointment to visit her again in 6 months and also to meet the Dr. and do x-rays, a cavity check and a full assessment of my teeth. I'll definitely be back. read more

I went to this dentist to replace my broken veneer a couple of years ago. Totally regret it.. it took her a very long time, and she didn't seem to know what she was doing. I should've followed my intuition and went elsewhere but she was so nice and I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I ended up with a (very pricey) veneer that doesn't match my other teeth, dips lower than it's surrounding teeth, and shows large hollow spots in the surrounding gum area. None of my other veneers look so terrible. I hate it every single day, every time I smile. I will eventually need to get the veneer redone. read more

I wish I could leave Dr. Hang Pham a 5-star review. I got referred to this office by my husband and have gone there for annual check up and cleaning. My impression of Dr. Hang Pham's office changed when I started having sensitivity to cold drinks. I went in for a consultation with Dr. Pham and she suggested I go see a specialist (what kind of specialist though?). I ended up listening to a podcast about oral health and the dentist from that podcast mentioned going to an endodontist if you have pain or sensitivity. So I ended up going to an endodontist and found out I need a root canal. My root canal treatment will max out my insurance so I will have a big out of pocket cost for it. On top of that, I will need a crown for the root canal, which needs to be done by a general dentist or prosthodontist. When I called Dr. Hang Pham's office for the price of a crown, they quoted me $1820. When I called other prosthodontist offices, they quoted me $1100. Dr. Hang Pham's office is charging almost double for a crown when she is not even a specialist! The specialists' offices gave me information about the type of crown I would need, how they would need a report from the endodontist after the root canal, and that I can pay in chunks instead of all at once if needed. Dr. Hang Pham's office did NOT offer any of this information. Honestly, I feel disappointed and feel like Dr. Hang Pham's office is greedy. I hope this review is helpful for those of you needing root canal and crown. Btw I wanted to mention when I got fillings from Dr. Hang Pham, she kept going to see other patients that the local anesthesia wore off and it hurt when she started doing the fillings. I called to make an appointment, and after providing all my insurance information, I was asked to put a $50 deposit down over the phone that will go to future treatment cost. I told them I have a great insurance and I rarely pay out of my pocket, they said they will reimburse me once I show up then. I noticed that it's been five years since my last review and thought it was time for an update. I've been going to Dr.Pham's office maybe around 8 years or so and her and the staff's work is nothing short of phenomenal. I took the time to read other reviews, and as a loyal customer of her practice, I feel compelled to clarify: Dr.Pham is a professional individual who is determined to master her craft, and it DEFINITELY shows in her work. Aside from the certificates displayed in her office. Dr.Pham always takes the time and explain the latest techniques, the newest materials, amongst other things that she has learned. She invests the extra time to master her craft to deliver what is possibly the absolute best dental care there is around. I have a family friend that is a dentist, and the level in updated knowledge is night and day, compared to Dr.Pham. Even though Dr.Pham does charge more than what I would pay with the family friend, I still go with her because of her phenomenal work. People tend to say that she over charges-- but the reality is that you definitely get what you pay for. I respect that Dr.Pham knows what her work is worth, and I can't complain. I mean, what other dental office offers you a blanket if you're cold? Or asks you if you like essential oils so they can turn on the diffuser with your favorite scent? Or make sure that their massage chair is on while you're getting treatment? I have yet to see another practice with such sophistication, and dedication to their patients. read more

The facility is clean. The staff is nice. The dentists seem competent. That's why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Primary issue with this place is the extraordinary greed. Started about 6 months ago when they started charging for cleanings. Originally they charged me a $55 co-pay for a cleaning even though I have a PPO dental plan. They said it was due to a new insurance change and that they would submit the claim for the cleaning but if the insurance company paid the claim in full, they would refund the $55. I work in insurance and have an insurance license. I received the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) related to this cleaning and the insurance company DID cover the full amount, but no refund was given. Fast forward to today, I was informed that they are now charging $380 for a cleaning and my personal responsibility would be $222 after insurance!! This is insane. Most dentists charge $100-$125 for a cleaning to CASH patients and generally cleanings are free for PPO insurance plans. Also keep in mind the dentist only sees you once per year. The other cleaning is just done by a hygienist in about 30 minutes. They want $380 for that? Yikes. Also note they offer a very nice patient appreciation day that includes free tickets to an Angels game. At first this seems lovely. However, now I know they offer this generous perk because they are gouging patients left, right, and center. Smells like a dentist who is only in it for the money. Find someone who cares. read more

Covid Safe Friendly Professional Covid Precautions: 5/5 I love seeing a system of covid safety protocols and this is one of my favorites. Prior to your appointment, you must fill out a form regarding if you are experiencing any symptoms. Prior to arrival, you are asked to wait in your car until it is fully ready for you, meaning the previous client has left and they have sanitized and cleaned everything. Upon entering, you are given a temperature check and if cleared, you are immediately asked to sanitize. This part I love because in the medical field, we are taught to "Gel In and Gel Out". After, you are then taken to a sink to gargle with hydrogen peroxide to help disinfect your mouth since you are having to have your mouth open. All the staff are wearing full PPE protections with n95, a surgical mask, a face shield, and a gown. Obviously they are wearing gloves as well. They have plexiglass set up at the front. Safe distancing for anyone that may be in the waiting room. Staff: 5/5 I absolutely love the staff. Super friendly and very professional. I've been to them only two times but I feel like I've been going there my whole life. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this Dentist Office. read more

My dental hygienist was always very gentle to make sure I didn't experience any pain during my cleanings. Everyone is very personable and my experience was always wonderful. Unfortunately, my insurance was no longer accepted and, even after the calculated reimbursement, the out of pocket costs were too high for me. They're definitely a caliber above the average dentist office, but this is also reflected in their cost, which is the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars. My family and I have been coming to all day smile for the last couple of years. Dr. Pham and her staff are always cheerful and sweet. I love that they are able to maintain consistency with who works on me and their service. It is nice to know that I have a dedicated staff member for my dental hygiene needs instead of just being assigned to whoever is available (thank you Hang and Huong - you're the best!) All Day Smile is hands down the best there is. So my crown cracked and fell out one day and then I ignored that. Then a while later, I started to feel some pain. I more or less tried to ignore that until I couldn't. I didn't even want to look up places I can go to because like a good majority of the population, I really don't like going to the dentist. My flawed logic was basically - if I ignore everything it'll go away. So my poor boyfriend was tasked to look up where to go because otherwise I refused to even take the first step into getting dental help. I kept on saying no to every place he found until he came across All Day Smile. Unlike the other places, their reviews were all good and highly rated... so I agreed to set an appointment with this place. Well everyone, a place doesn't get highly rated for no reason. This place seriously is amazing. Everyone and by that I mean EVERYONE is so kind, professional and committed to their patients. Dr. Pham is the best doctor I've come across and I've had a lot of past work done in both the US and Japan. Everyone remembers you too! I was shocked when I came in for my second appointment and moment I walked into the office, Lucio smiled and said "Welcome back, Amy!". Also - you can tell they're very popular but I've never had to wait forever to get called. They are not only friendly but they're efficient and organized. They are gentle. I used to have to go to specialists for my kids because they are the type to go ballistic even for vaccine shots. Initially I was rigid with tension as I always am in the dental chair. After a while, I relaxed and found myself drifting to sleep. Prior to this, I hadn't gone to a dentist all throughout college partially because I was a poor college student, but mostly because I hated going to the dentist.
