These ladies came to clean my house over a month ago. Before I hired them I specially asked if they did carpet cleaning and deep cleaning for bathrooms. This was the response they sent: We work with a carpet company and we have a special for $140 that includes all supplies we would do floor,door,windows inside tracks blinds baseboards bathrooms top to bottom cob webs counters cabinets stove oven microwave dusting all rooms vents ceiling fans So I thought great! They came over and did a great job cleaning- on a surface level. After closer inspection, I discovered many things they missed that they specifically said they would cover. And the carpets were only vacuumed not cleaned. I took pictures in the inside tracks of my sliding glass door , the ceiling of my bathroom, and the inside of my window sills and sent them to the company. I asked why these things were not done when they were Listed under the things they clean for the "special". This was their response: Hi no the carpets we only vacuum we have a carpet guy but that is a different company with own prices. Im sorry about the tracks the girl must of over looked that. We can come back monday and clean the tracks for you. I was happy that they offered to come back, however I was very mislead by their first message. I felt like they told me that they did what I was looking for and then after the fact finally Mentioned that it was a separate fee with a separate company. Why would she not mention that in the first message that it's a guy with a different company instead of insinuating that the carpet cleaning was apart of their "special". I found Wendi on yelp and was so happy I did. As a Realtor I see HUNDREDS of homes every year and after working with dozens of different cleaning companies Wendi's blew me away. She was prompt, extremely responsive, did a fantastic job cleaning an entire 4-plex that had been left in awful condition by tenants, and was very reasonably priced. My parents were unhappy with their old cleaners, so I decided to hop on Yelp and see if I could find a replacement. Wendi came up with good reviews so I talked my mom into trying them out on a trial basis. My mom and I were very pleased with the job she did - there were things that were cleaned that the old cleaners had never done. My mom opened up the oven to cook dinner and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they even did ovens! Above all, the house was spotless and smelled wonderful. Wendi and her crew did a fantastic job cleaning my home. After a few Yelp messages back and forth, I hired Wendi's Cleaning Service for a one-time home cleaning. Her response time was great. The day of, they were running a little behind schedule. Wendi was courteous enough to send a quick text to let me know. When they arrived, they immediately got to work on my dusty house. I left with my toddler and dog in tow. When I returned 2 hours later, they were finishing up. My house looked and smelled great. Had the pleasure working with Wendi for a move out cleaning. Had to reschedule with her many times due to my contractors having delays. She came a few days before my open house. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! I don't know how many time I need to say. Got the service back in May 2017 and was suck , ( less then 1800sq home with no kid) I even clean it myself b4 they came and mine counters were all dirty. I expect to be clean after get it done professionally so I use my hand to wipe down some area and this is what I get mine floor was not clean either, baseboards were dirty, my wood plantation were dirty, after part of the shuttle I wipe down , dirty, look like they use dirty cloth or didn't even touch .Will never use their service or recommend to anyone and there are so many people are going to hear about this even they didn't look up yelp read more

Completely disappointed with this service. There was no customer service at all and I found Wendi to be rude! I would never hire her or recommend her to anyone. The house we moved into, needed a good thorough cleaning. They did some remodeling before we moved in, so it was very dirty to begin with, but the end result after her cleaning wasn't much different. When she first came in, after being 1 hour late,her energy level was horrible, seemed like she hates her job! Never went over anything with me, when I asked her any questions she seemed pissed off like I was bothering her. She does the very bare minimum. My boyfriend and I had stepped out to the store across the street to get something to drink and she left before we came back. She was barely here for an hour! To get what needed to be cleaned would have taker her and her crew definitely more than 1 hour. When asked to come back and finish what wasn't cleaned, I mean she didn't even wipe the counters down! She said she would come the following morning. She made it known that her coming back was a problem upon her arrival. I asked if she could wipe the wall heaters down, she did only 1 and left the dirt on the floor. When I asked if she could wipe the counters down, she mentioned she did it the day before, but what was on the counter wasn't even moved! If there were things at a additional cost I would have been happy to make that arrangement, but she doesn't have any customer service to have expressed what her services entail of and additional costs! Her work is half ass and we are going to have to have another cleaner to come and really clean! Customer service and communication can go a long way. read more

I do not recommend..like another review said not sure where the high star reviews are coming from? Maybe those people are not that clean themselves or never had cleaning service before because this cleaning service is not thorough cleaning..I would describe more as organizing and Other cleaners I've had will clean everything from top to bottom all corners but this company does not do that they'll do basic cleaning like dust, vacuum, sweep but they do NOT clean in the corners or under nitty gritty stuff...kitchen was as clean as when my teen daughter does it so why pay almost $60 an hour for poor work. TIP: don't be fooled by the low quote you get in the beginning bc the amount of time they spend in your home will actually end up being more pricey than other company's quotes. (Example: they quote you $150 another company quoted you $200 so you go with Wendy's they spend 2.5 hours with subpar job so you end up having to hire another company anyways. The other company who quoted you $200 actually spends 5 hours and cleans your home top to bottom every corner crease window) read more

I LOVE Wendi's Cleaning Service. We first hired them for a deep clean around the holidays and fell in love. They now come to our home twice a month. Their prices are very reasonable and Wendi is always accommodating. Wendi responds right away to texts and is always available to come to our home right away. She also will add cleaning services as needed for an additional one time fee. We have a two bedroom, two bath condo and they do all the rooms, windows, baseboards, oven cleaning, microwave cleaning and deep bathrooms cleaning for a set fee! Not on time... but early to the job! We recently purchased a home that needed repair. After some minor construction was completed we needed the entire house cleaned including windows, bathrooms, showers, stove, oven, etc. - everything had to be cleaned. It was incredibly dirty from the previous owners and a real mess from the recent construction. We reached out to Wendi on Yelp and between her immediate response and very reasonable quote, we hired her. I was pleasantly surprised this morning when Wendi and her staff arrived 15 minutes early and got started right away. I was able to leave and go to work without any worries. Came back and the house was impeccable. It smelled fresh and clean and I was shocked at how they were able to get the severely stained shower door so clean it almost looked brand new. The stove/oven was so clean I can happily cook on it/in it and the hardwood floors - wow! I will be hiring Wendi and her staff from time to time to have the house cleaned for special occasions. Very honest ladies! They are so sweet and go out of their way to make you satisfied. They always show up on time and I never have to worry if I'm not home to leave them there alone. when I first moved to Stockton I had to get my house clean before I could move my furniture in because the people that lived here before had dogs and there was hair everywhere. The place was very dirty so I hired Wendis cleaners as a service to make sure my place was ready for my daughter and I. They were very nice but they did not do a very good cleaning job. My floors were still dirty and even though the house was large they should've done a better job. they just used minimal water and moved the dirt around basically with a wet mop. I've used Wendi on multiple occasions. We moved from Manteca to Oakdale. I contacted Wendi and asked her to do the move out and move in. She had no issues. We were able to get 100% back of our renters deposit and our new home was nice and clean with our move in. Since then, I have continued to use Wendi's service because she and her staff are efficient, respectable and get the job done. She has several employees that have all been fabulous.
