Do not use if you own an Airbnb. Very low quality cleaning and they cancelled a cleaning I had scheduled with them weeks in advance the morning of the cleaning. They were supposed to arrive between 8 am and 9 am to clean and I got a text at 9:51 am from Heather saying they weren't going to be able to clean the property. I had another guest checking in at 3 pm that same day. Having to find another cleaner that was available to clean with that short of notice was very, very stressful, especially since I was out of town. Overall, would definitely not recommend. read more

For $185 the first team did a terrible job. 2 people for less than an hour and I had to immediately complain because they didn't do 1/2 the checklist that was provided on the website. I'd give the first cleaning a 1/5. The 2/5 is for the "reclean" The next day someone came to "reclean" she did a better job but the over all service was not worth $185.00. My house is well kept, I just need help as I'm traveling with regular maintenance cleanings. I've used another cleaner (which I immediately got back on their waitlist after this) and they charged me $150 and she did a fabulous job. I hired Queen of Maids after my previous house cleaners were no longer able to service my area. (Lesley House Cleaning was my previous cleaning go-to, and they are AWESOME. Highly recommended.) Queen of Maids was significantly more expensive, but I thought, well, maybe they will do a super awesome job. Sadly, they actually did a poor job. Twice.  I paid for the "Deep Clean" service on their website... and they failed to vacuum the living room or living room couch, didn't clean up the end tables in my living room (they had crumbs and finger prints on them, clearly visible from across the room), and they didn't wash my bathroom floor. They also didn't do a good job of cleaning my dining room floor. Forget about doing a "deep clean," they didn't accomplish a basic cleaning. I'm sure they missed other areas as well, but these are the things that stood out. I was used to getting wonderful service from Lesley's House Cleaning, so I was really surprised. I am generally easy to please, and I had never felt so disappointed in a service like this before.  I reached out to the company, with photos, and they said they could offer me a partial refund or send someone to re-clean. I said I wanted the re-clean, because after all, that was my entire goal in the first place... just to have a freshly cleaned house. The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind, and the texts and phone calls with customer service were polite and professional. They put together a list of specific areas I wanted re-cleaned. I thought, maybe they will make this right. My adult son was home when the person came for the re-clean, and I was going to go home quickly to be there for them so I could confirm they cleaned things well this time, but they were gone in exactly 20 minutes, before I could get home. This isn't an issue in itself, but I thought... how could they have rectified all the issues so fast? It was too fast. When I did get home, I discovered they in fact did not fully address the list. They wiped my end table of crumbs, but there were still visible fingerprints on the glass. They vacuumed areas they missed before, but my master bathroom floor was still not mopped properly... and it was super obvious as a small piece of tissue paper had been on the floor, and it was still there after they left. The dining room area was not mopped to the expectations of a "deep clean." That was clearly not done as things were exactly as they were. At this point, I just feel frustrated and perplexed at how they could do a poor job twice. I will have to clean all these areas myself now, which wouldn't be an issue if I hadn't paid someone over $300 to do it for me. When I hire a cleaning company, I do it because they typically can clean way better than I can... in this case, that was far far from reality. read more

This is an update to my previous post. Blake from Queen of maids called me this morning to apologize for my unsatisfactory experience Sat. He offered either a refund or to have the job redone by another team. I still needed the job done as the house is going to be listed for sale in the next week. Blake had a new team at the house in 30 min. Paulina and her partner came prepared we went over what was to be done and they went to work. Ceiling fans were cleaned, shelves dusted, baseboards cleaned cabinets and indoor windows done. Paulina asked me to check the home while she waited to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I'm glad I chose a business that owned up to a mistake and quickly rectified what went wrong. And I appreciate them getting it done today as the carpets are scheduled to be cleaned tomorrow read more

Pretty disappointed with everything besides maybe the customer service but even then it was a bit ridiculous... Total cost for a Move in Clean and Interior Windows Clean was $402. The house was already pretty clean itself but for moving into a new home I wanted to make sure it was fully clean for when I moved in. Mainly the carpets vacuumed well, the kitchen/bathrooms disinfected and cleaned, the oven cleaned, all parts of these services are stated on the list... Yet After the initial clean I walked in and the floors hadn't been wiped, probably 0 disinfectant was used besides maybe the toilet, dust everywhere (On fans, on window sills, small shelves) The Walk in closet definitely wasn't vacuumed and with 3 swipes of my hand had a good chunk of the previous owners hairs.. They tried to remedy the situation by sending someone the following day but barely anything was changed besides a quick vacuum in a closet that was still gross, and re-vacuuming the one bedroom. Overall just disappointed as I am now getting to spend my own time cleaning before I move in to make myself happy and disputing with my credit card company with photos of what they offered vs the final condition... read more

UPDATE - Changed review. Queen of Maids instantly got ahold of me after posting my below review and promised to refund our $50. Apparently it was a miscommunication with the person I spoke with originally. I sincerely appreciate the responsiveness and understanding. Great customer service, thank you! It is a challenging time, cleaning out the house out after the loss of a beloved family member. Due to the uncertainty of our time schedule due to the death, we cancelled the day before (23 hours before, to be exact). They charge $50 if you don't cancel within 24 hours. 23 hours notice, but they had zero sympathy and we are just out $50. Please be aware of these charges and the corporate nature of this company. (The silver lining is that we found a small cleaning business down the street who did an outstanding job.) read more

If they even showed up to do the job, they didn't actually clean anything. Toilets were dirty, floors were not swept or mopped, baseboards were not dusted. I could go on and on. Now arguing about refunding the money. Do not recommend. UPDATE: I am the personal representative of your client, which you are well aware of. Your company has spoken to me twice, and texted me once. I sent all the pictures shown here, plus more to you. AGAIN which you are aware of. During our phone conversations, you did not offer a full refund, even after seeing the pictures, which was unacceptable. Once the full refund is confirmed received, then I will update this post. This was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I have less than 700 sq ft apartment. I didn't want my bedroom office area or laundry area cleaned. They called me into my cleaning and we trying to clean the areas that I didn't want cleaned, wasted time going back and forth on them trying to tell me that my normal decor should have been put away. I paid for deep cleaning and add on service for my blinds. The things I actually wanted deep cleaned were not. The tub has soap scum on it and a residue left from cleaning supplies, the toilet was not cleaned all the did was pour cheap blue toilet bowl cleaner in it. When I flushed it there was still stains. The floors re were sticky, and not swept, my cooktop was not cleaned, and the blinds I paid for an add on service were not cleaned. So you tell me how my $252 bill is justified by this poor service. I have used Queen of Maids three times now, and each time they come out, they do a great job. It's all seamless. Once the cleaning is done they will charge your card. The professionals asked me to double check that everything looked as I anticipated it to be, which I appreciate. Very quick, friendly, efficient. No hassle, followed directions as to what I needed cleaned and what I did not. I very much recommend this company for anyone that needs help keeping things under control, especially if you have health issues that make it a struggle. WOW! This was my first time having a professional cleaning for my house while I was still living in it. I desperately needed help as I was getting ready to put my house up for sale and start having showings. I took some time off of work to do what I could and hire this company to do the remaining, labor intensive cleaning. I played around with the online booking but ended up calling to book my appointment because I had some concerns I wanted to address that I couldn't do online. Shelly is simply amazing and was able to address my needs as well as thoroughly and clearly explain everything I wanted answers to. She also responded to all my updates to the service by email in a very timely manner. Marilyn and Jose arrived at my home promptly at the appointed time and date. Marilyn quickly assessed my home and her and Jose went right to work. They understood that I wanted to get my home looking clean and show ready and I am very pleased with the end results. I cannot thank them enough! They cleaned my most troubled areas to look almost new. There were some areas that I was truly embarrassed about but they were always professional. I actually want to rate this a 4.5 stars but rounded down. I specially requested and paid extra for a wet-wiping of our blinds but I think they were simply dusted. After they left, I inspected the blinds more closely and ran my finger across it. It did not feel like a wet-wipe down. I also thought that walls would be wiped down too but this not done. I'm not sure if this was extra or included in the service. My hubby ended up spot cleaning the walls to prepare for the showings. Would absolutely give zero stars is this was an option. I moved into a new house a few weeks ago and my real estate agent went through Queen of Maids to do a 'Move In' package cleaning on my place. This package is apparently $15 more than their standard cleaning package and ensures that they clean things like the light switches and other items around the house that they normally would not in a standard cleaning. The cleaning was supposed to take place at 11:00 AM. I receive a call at 2:00 PM from Queen of Maid. The representative on the phone informed me that the cleaner had cleaned upstairs and went downstairs and 'noticed' a white stain on the front the fridge that they were not able to clean off. Please keep in mind that I had been at the house the night before at 8:00 PM and there was no stain. I assume they may be referring to maybe a small stain that I may have overlooked. I respond that they need to send me a photo of the stain so I can review. The entire from of my refrigerator was covered from ice dispenser to floor in a white stain. I respond that this was not there before and that they need to clean this and this was clearly caused by their cleaner. I also inquire as to why the cleaner has only managed to clean to top floor of house between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM since there is only 2 small bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on that floor. They then take back what they said and mentioned that the cleaner actually noticed it when he first walked in and he has actually been cleaning the rest of the house the entire time. They tell me this is a chemical stain at first that would require a metal grinder to refinish the metal surface but that they will look into it and call me back. I receive a call about a half hour later with them telling me that this is clearly a calcium deposit stain where high levels of calcium in the water had accumulated on the fridge. When I mention that this was not there at 8:00 PM last night, they respond saying that I clearly didn't see it because it would have required months of build up to cause a calcium deposit like this. They tell me that they will not clean it as they do not have the equipment to do so. This is clearly damage caused by a cleaning product that reacts to stainless steel. At this point, they refuse to proceed. I call my real estate agent who gets on the phone with them and they eventually agree to clean it. In the meantime, I go over to the house that night to check out the rest of the work they did. When I got there, I start on the 3rd floor, which they confirmed was done. The only thing that had been cleaned was the carpets and the toilets on the 2nd floor. Please keep in mind, this is about 500 sqft of space and the bathrooms are all tile. There was gummy residue on the counters, there was toothpaste residue in the sinks. The light switches had black sticky residue on them. The ceiling fan had at 6 months worth of dust on them. The railings were all dusty When I go to the 2nd floor, which has the kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room, nothing is done. Again, sticky residue on all of the counters. Light switches with dirt and residue. The fridge is covered in the white stain from the pictures. None of the floors had been swept or cleaned. The gas range had food and dirt still on the grate and near the burners. Dishwasher and inside of the fridge were not clean. The first 1st floor walk-in area has a bathroom and the floors are tile. Again, nothing cleaned. When they came back to fix to fridge, I expect that they would resume work and finish up the rest of the house. I was told they would be coming back the next morning to fix everything. I come back over to the house around 5pm. The fridge has been wiped down. There's still residue closer to the ice dispenser that has not been cleaned and the rest of the house is completed unfinished. At that point, I realized I was in a losing battle with a greedy company that is looking out for their bottom line more than a quality service and gave up my attempt to get my house into move in condition. THIS WAS AN ALMOST $400 CLEANING SERVICE. In the end, all I got was vacuuming of the 400sqft of carpet in the bedrooms, a dirty fridge and a dirty house. STAY AWAY. STAY VERY FAR AWAY. You could seriously clean the house better by yourself. I do hope that they give my real estate agent his money back. He did an amazing job finding me a house and he deserves that portion of his commission more than this company does. read more

We set up an appointment with Queen of Maids to clean our rental house, they were over an hour late to the property. Even the representative for Queen of Maids texted to say she called the cleaning crew but no one is answering. They finally came and cleaned the house but, left the faucet in the laundry room dripping...two days later we had a realtor show the house and said that there was water on the floor in the laundry room and one of the bedrooms. I texted the Queen of Maids representative to let her know what had happened and she said she would contact the crew and get back to me well guess what...she never got back to me The representative was as irresponsible as the cleaning crew. So now hiring Queen of Maids has cost us a lot of money as we have to hire someone to clean up after Queen of Maids. read more

Great cleaning service and easy to schedule online! Will definitely use them again! I booked this cleaning company 100% online on their website for a move out clean when my renters moved out. Their online service allows you to schedule date and time of the cleaning as well as customize a clean based on size of the house and condition of the house ("good condition" vs "needs some extra attention") and allows you to choose add-ons (baseboards, fridge, oven, etc.) to your needs. I booked for "move out" + "needs extra attention" as I had renters with pets for 3 years. Their customer service agent followed up with me 2 days prior to the cleaning to make sure they had everything I needed on their ticket for the cleaners and to confirm my online scheduled time. I met with the cleaners in person day of and they were very professional and walked through the house with me to make sure we were on the same page. The clean was great! The house was in pretty poor condition before and the team did a great job getting it back to where it needed to be. Would definitely recommend this company! read more

I was excited about a company that makes online scheduling so easy, but that is where my satisfaction ends. We had a team of two come out to the tune of $400. They spent ~1.5 hours and did the most superficial cleaning I've had. I didn't realize this until I actually had time to see all of the surfaces that remained dusty and the areas of the floor that were still dirty. They basically dusted lightly (didn't do any shelves and didn't remove items from tabletops to do the whole surface), vacuumed, and wiped the hard floors in certain areas. This was definitely not up to my expectations. read more

It was super easy to schedule the cleaning online (I was happy that they had time available on a Saturday even though I only booked a few days ahead of time). Lisa is the maid who came to clean my apartment. She did a thorough job and was very speedy! She was telling me that she used to be a maid in the hotel industry where she used to be timed on how quickly she was able to clean a room. Lisa told me that Queen of Maids will use environmentally friendly products on request or the maids will also use cleaning products that you provide to them. read more

I spent a fair amount of time reviewing services before deciding on Queen of Maids. Honestly, the online convenience was a bonus in my eyes. If you want to speak with a live person, you have that option. If you just want to set up your next cleaning service, you can do it any time/ any day without having to worry about office hours. That's a bonus to me. Vanessa and her team were late but did call me to let me know they were running behind. I absolutely appreciated that, rather than sitting around getting irritated that I wasn't respected enough to warrant a call. Team Vanessa worked hard at getting our home spiffed back up and it was obvious when they were done. She reviewed all the cleaning products to make sure there would be no allergy problems. When I pointed out a missed area, there was no attitude and it was taken care of immediately. I'm pretty picky about cleaning services and was impressed with Team Vanessa. I will be using the services again. OH! I ALSo liked that there was no ridiculous deep cleaning fee for the first visit. I paid a la carte for baseboards to get wiped down and was happy to do so. We hired this service to do a 'Moving In.' Cleaners were friendly, but definitely did not do a thorough job. As I walked through, there were still tons of smudges on windows and mirrors. They went back and cleaned it when asked. There were several cabinet shelves and drawers that had not been touched with crumbs and spilled liquids still in them. I hadn't checked all the cabinets and drawers and wasn't able to ask them to follow up. The absolute worst were the floors. I hadn't seen them mop the floors, but areas were damp so assumed they'd completed mopping. Moments after the maids left, I walked though with clean feet and my feet were covered in dirt. It was harder to see because the floors are gray, but I was very disappointed that they hadn't made more of an effort. It looked like the floors had been given a very cursory swipe rather than a good cleaning like I'd paid for. I would not hire this service again. Pricing was reasonable, but I would rather pay a little bit more and receive a higher quality service. This company lacks attention to detail. *update* Shelley, one of their dispute resolution experts, contacted me. She did a phenomenal job empathizing and was willing to discuss a resolution for the work that had been missed. I appreciate that this company owned up to their mistake and that they we're willing to try and fix it. Overall, 4 stars. 2 for the cleaning, 5 for the customer service. I have had nothing but a great experience so far with this company. I use them for a monthly reoccurring service and if I have to reschedule they try to work with me on changing the time with the lady's I usually have but if not a different crew is able to come. They get in and get the job done regardless of who is here and do a very through job. You also get a discount for a monthly reoccurring service! read more

We load for the most expensive deep cleaning service and we're very disappointed with the end result. The team that came was very nice but did not follow through with anything. We asked for the cabinets to be deep cleaned and they never opened a single drawer or cabinet. We called after they finished and they are sending out another team to clean. Service was poor, there were still cobwebs in the corner of the kitchen and I had specifically mentioned it to the cleaner, there was a huge pile of hair in one of the bedrooms and honestly the house did not even smell like a house that was just cleaned. This for a move-in service and they charged me a bomb for it and it was a very basic cleaning not the deep clean I was promised. I am extremely disappointed and I know that when I post this review it will somehow be made to be my fault. But the fact is that they charged me a hefty fee for shoddy service. read more

Don't waste your money. We wanted a deep clean for our house. They charged us $440 and didn't dust any shelves, clean above the kitchen cabinets or clean off dressers or nightstands, the basics. I ended up having to clean off all of the surfaces, including a dirty paper towel left behind. It's an integrity thing. We called and asked if they could come back out to clean the parts they forgot and they said no. Their customer service is no good. Of the places I got quotes from Q of M was not necessarily the cheapest but they really did do an awesome job. I used this service for a move out clean and the total with some extras (window clean, fridge, baseboards, etc) was $206. The clean was fairly deep and not just superficial stuff. The shower had some crusty limescale and a bit of rusting and they got it all out. The fridge was also well cleaned. I'd recommend them if you want the job done well the first time. read more

I wanted two bathrooms cleaned well, main living area cleaned and mopped. For the most part I used 1/4th the area for daily living. They were so caring and accomplished the cleaning I desired in the areas I was concerned with. They did an outstanding job. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat! Phoenix QOM, I don't understand how you can run a cleaning company and show up hours late or don't show up at all? If you can't add clients to your staff work load, here is a concept, don't add them. Tell the clients you are booked solid and cannot take any more clients. And on top of that, they do a great job the 1st time, then after that it is meh....Don't recommend them at all. And, based upon other reviews, this seems to be there MO, either they are extremely late, or don't show up at all. Don't waste your time with this company. read more

We wrote an email to the company about the issues. We spoke with Jason, who was very understanding and accommodating. He gave us an option of a partial refund or recleaning. My boyfriend chose the re-clean. So they came in today and did a reclean. It's been less than a week so we figure they would really get the details this time right? Wrong. I'm sorry maybe my standards are too high. If you are going to charge extra for animals then you need to get behind the end tables and chairs, as well as around the doggy door and the windows. It's just not ok to come back and still miss stuff. I gave them an extra star because they gave us another cleaning. Perhaps they are just too used to putting out fires.
