I received text messages when our cleaner Meko was en route on the day of our cleaning, and when she had arrived. Meko did an absolutely stellar job on the areas that she cleaned. Every single bit of pet hair and dust was gone and the house looked way better. Unfortunately there was an upcharge for the amount of pet hair she encountered but that seems reasonable for a one time charge. I would say for the price and the amount of cleaning needed, this company offers a pretty good deal compared to other local companies. We have requested our cleaner Meko back next month as well.

They charge $50 if you don't cancel within 24 hours. 23 hours notice, but they had zero sympathy and we are just out $50. Please be aware of these charges and the corporate nature of this company.
