We hired them to clean a rental property after being vacated by the tenant. Several issues: 1) they said they would be there between 9 and 10. At 10 we were still waiting. When I texted at 10:06 they said they'd be there in 10 minutes. At 10:30 they said they are arriving now. Finally arrived at 10:50. Wasted 2 hours of our time 2) their system is extremely irritating with excessive texts, reminders, and emails warnings of extra fees (parking etc) if you don't do this or that. We got over a dozen unnecessary messages 3) when they arrived we were surprised to hear how many things were 'extra'. Shame on us for not reading the agreement carefully, but we'd had services before and they didn't charge extra for blinds, bathroom cupboards, kitchen cupboards, the blinds dusting, refrigerator etc. 4) after all that the service itself was mediocre. We had to redo the stove top and kitchen sink and the face of the appliances. They took our roll of paper towels we had in the kitchen. Countertops were not to our standard. The dispatcher tried to help and was sympathetic and offered a small discount, but I'd have far rather paid full price and saved 2 hours and not had to spend time later finishing the job. I WFH and in my prior state had regular housekeeping services. This is the fifth company I've tried since moving to AZ and at 8:32am for an 8-9 arrival, was told the single person assigned is sick. When working from home we take GREAT measure to prepare not only our home but our work and conference schedules. This late notice when I've been up since four am to ready is disheartening. Unfortunately the first appointment was rescheduled , but Eva was very quick to find a solution and get us a cleaner the following morning, and also offered us a discount on our next cleaning. We have used this company for several years and the quality has been on a sharp decline over the past few months. Recently the final straw - they sent one girl to clean usually it's a two person team doesn't really matter to me whether it's one person or two. She showed up and told me she could be there until 2 PM and that she had to leave at 2 PM to go to a class. She said that she would come back later in the day and finish up whatever has not been done. She started in the master bedroom and bathroom and when she said that was done, she moved onto the kitchen. In three hours she was here she managed to do very little. After she left, I noticed that she left the tub and shower both without having cleaned them. There was a spot in my shower, where I had left a bottle of conditioner a little too long, and she didn't even bother to wipe underneath it. You'll see it in the photo. Then to make matters worse, I noticed she didn't even bother to vacuum in the bedroom or in the bathroom. Some of the dishes were cleaned appropriately and many were less dirty. Yes we paid extra for dishes. After seeing how poorly she did in the master, I was not willing to allow her to come back to finish. The time before this, the crew was OK the time prior to that we had a terrible crew. It's just unfortunate. We will not be using this company in the future. I had them come in to clean my house. Their website was a bit of a pain dealing with due to the numerous automated messages. I had to call them just to be able to get scheduled two days later. On the day of my cleaning, they were 3 hours and 15 minutes late. It was clear talking to the cleaners that they were using overworked contractors. You can't even sign into your account normally on the website either. All I got was excuses and excuses. Sure, the house got cleaned, but I had to clean for an extra 40 minutes due to a bunch of spots missed. read more

We've been using Wave for biweekly cleanings for about 9 months now, and unfortunately we'll be moving on. Pros: scheduling is easy with instant online booking. Lots of time slots to choose from. Cleaners usually arrive on time, though we've had issues with late arrivals and one no-show. Cons: the quality of the cleaning varies drastically with the cleaner you're assigned, which seems to change every time. They assigned only one cleaner to our home, which I can tell causes them to hurry through the job. Not the cleaner's fault. More of a company issue. I found another service for a similar price that has assured me two cleaners, which seems more appropriate for the size of our house. read more

Severely disappointed with the quality of the cleaning services provided. I booked 2 appointments - one for my 2 bed/2 bath home and one for my boyfriend's 1 bed/1 bath apartment. His cleaning was done first and we were horrified with the results. I've never contacted a company so fast because we were not there when the cleaner left. Nothing looked completed. The carpet wasn't vacuumed, parts of the living room was not swept or mopped, the kitchen floor wasn't swept or mopped, the stove in kitchen (which we paid extra to have cleaned) wasn't entirely cleaned, the bathtub wasn't entirely cleaned, side tables and desks were not dusted or cleaned. It was so shocking. I've used cleaners so many times and have never had such bad results. After spending over an hour in the service chat waiting for the rep to "review my information" they finally offered a free re-cleaning which was completed two days later. The results weren't as bad, just extremely lackluster still. The floors weren't fully swept in all rooms, most were done this time, and things looked "wiped down"....but it was the level of cleaning my boyfriend could have done himself. And we booked professional cleaners in order for that detailed cleaning and that just wasn't provided. The second cleaning I had originally booked for my own home - I honestly would not have known the cleaners had come by at all if it weren't for my slippers being placed on top of a step stool in my closet. I keep my home really clean on a normal basis, so it wasn't going to be a difficult cleaning - but none of the objects looked touched or moved on any of the flat surfaces....so I'm fairly certain things were not picked up or moved for cleaning - maybe just cleaned around them? I'm not sure what was done, but it really wasn't worth any of the money we spent on the 2 cleanings in total. Scam business! I booked with this company to clean my house on 5/10/24. No cleaning took place. I was dumb enough to give them a second chance. I know that someone was in my house because they contacted me about paper on the floor from painting. However, still no cleaning took place. Dirty oven, rings in toilets, ceiling fans not cleaned, sinks not cleaned. Nothing was done and on the second date, they charged me an additional $25 because they needed to clean around the paper on the floor and a few items that the new tenants had moved into the house after the initial cleaning date. I've always done my own cleaning myself, but things were getting behind and it was stressing me out. So my husband found this company. The cleaning people did a PHENOMENAL job with our house, it was immaculate every time they finished. Hence the 2 stars. We used them for maybe 4 months, BUT they were never on time or didn't showed up at all. Even their first time coming, she was a couple hours late. If they didn't show up (and I'd have to wait pretty much all day), we would call and there was no response (even after leaving messages, no call backs) or there was always an emergency, but no one would get a hold of us beforehand saying no one was going to show up. When we tried cancelling MULTIPLE times, again, no answer from the number and no way of cancelling completely on their website. We thought we'd give them one more shot because they were so thorough and gave my FIL a deep clean service for Christmas, but alas another no show. I had asked for a full deep cleaning services since we had just bought the house and wanted to clean before move in!
