You wrote a review for Wave House Cleaning 17 minutes ago 5.0 star rating 10/25/2019 Wave House Cleaning, where do I begin!. I have a young man named Cesar who is a dream come true. I live in Gilbert and I have been fortunate enough to have Cesar come to our home for the past 6 months. I called their agency on a whim, very cautiously and to my wonderful surprise Cesar showed up and took care of our house to the point that I was able to do the white glove test when it came to the dust, that seems to take over your house no matter what you do here in AZ. I have a pretty clean home but when Cesar leaves here I realize that he makes my home look like it is still brand new!!!!!!!! My husband and I are from the east coast and moved to AZ 4 years ago. My husband works at the hospital & I work in the corporate world and I have customers both domestically and abroad. So when I am home I am always on the phone working and it is then that I actually see all of the dust and realize its time to call Cesar & that our home is in need of a quick clean & dusting. Cesar arrives on time and I head into my office and Cesar brings in his supplies and immediately goes to work. It is always so surprising when I look up from my office and 3-4 hours later Cesar appears and knocks on the door to say I am finished. I say your finished.... already.... and he smiles and says yes. I quickly leave the office and briefly survey my clean home and immediately reach for my wallet to give him a well deserved tip... and as I walk him to the door I am thrilled that my home is spotless and clean and the dust...... what dust..... is now gone ... at least for now and then that's OK because Cesar will be here in a couple of weeks and this beautiful dance will begin again. Cesar is a very friendly, quiet, detailed, young man with a young family. He has a kind heart and a gracious smile and I enjoy him so much that I will not use anyone else. So to anyone who looking for a super star in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale area please call Wave House Cleaning and ask for Cesar. I will also say on his behalf...1. if you are like myself and you want a professional service and someone who understands and respects your need for privacy and handles his work without drama in a quiet and professional manner & 2. you have a home that needs a little maintenance attention or TLC, & 3 you are a person who understands great work and a man who pays attention to detail.... 4. and last but not least you understand the benefit of providing a well deserved tip as you would to anyone else who provides excellent service....then Cesar is your man!. Just make sure you are up front with his agency and let them know exactly what you want ( cleaning/dusting window sills, baseboards, patios, refrigerators, microwaves, cabinets, laundry....etc) I personally don't need those services (outside of dusting & general cleaning) however if you do then tell the agency up front and Cesar will assist you in any way he can. I strongly do not recommend this company due to deceptive pricing and misleading communication. When I first reached out, I was told I had to provide my credit card number to reserve a booking but was guaranteed no charges would be made until after the service was completed. This assurance was made clearly and without conditions. However, immediately after providing my card, I noticed a $1 charge. While this may seem minor, it directly contradicted what I had been told and raised a red flag. Then, just days before the scheduled appointment, they charged my card $194--without any prior notice or authorization. Again, this was a direct violation of what I was told: no charges until after the cleaning. When I called to question the charge and the price, they insisted they weren't overcharging me. However, I had a confirmed quote which included a 25% discount--something they now claim was never offered. I even directed them to their own website, which reflected the quoted price (even before the discount), and they still denied it. Let me be clear: I am not mistaken, and I am not misrepresenting what occurred. I have records that back up my claims, including the original pricing and the date/time of the unauthorized charges. If the company responds here by claiming my review is inaccurate, please be aware that they are doubling down on the same kind of misleading behavior I experienced directly. This review reflects the facts and my personal experience. The pattern of dismissing customer concerns and shifting blame is unacceptable. I have been a repeat customer for Wave House Cleaning over the past 2 years. Typically, they provide great service, as you will see in my previous reviews. However, today, their service was unsatisfactory. I scheduled an appointment for service using their online system on Sunday 9-23. I received a confirmation email indicating "booking completed" for Monday, 9-24 at 11:00 am. I waited for the associate to arrive for over 2 hours. It's currently 2:45pm as I type this review. During this timeframe, I left 3 separate voicemails on their customer service line before I received a return call. I was fully aware of their 1 hour window for arrival but over 2 hours was unacceptable. During the return call, customer service initially had a hard time locating my service reservation. When the rep was able to locate the reservation, she apologized stating that because they are closed on Sunday, the reservation did not get put on Monday's schedule. What?!?! Why would you have an automated email system confirming appointments that are not valid, especially when the subject line of the email states "booking completed"?!?! I expressed my frustration and they were able to reschedule someone to arrive at my home later in the day and provided a discount. However, they could have avoided a frustrated customer and discounted services if they utilize a better automated system!! Being that it took almost 2-3 hours to resolve a completely avoidable situation, I will consider looking at other providers in the Phoenix metro area. read more

Brad Vera B - Wave House Cleaning deserves a "Hero's Medal" for the fantastic work they cleaning our Scottsdale Condo. We rent our Condo on VRBO. After the house cleaing company we called didn't show, and our tentants moving in next day. We called Wave House Cleaning last minute, the day before... We were happy that a very kind, polite and gracious young couple came around 7pm at night and spent 4 hrs until midnite cleaning our Condo. This couple worked harder than I've ever seen in my life and they were so kind and sweet to each other it stired my wife's heart.. My wife who owns her own cleaning business in Seattle of 10 years, was very impressed and extremely greatful for the wonderful work they did.,, We proudly provided this couple a $25 tip, it was all we had, but we were greatful and appreciative of their effort.,, by far and away they worked above and beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately quality work is becoming harder and harder to find in America, when we see companieshat uphold American standards of pride in work and good quality, it makes us proud. I have never written a review before but thought i should on this one as it is hard to find reliable, trustworthy service sometimes. My wife and I had been goon for the summer and came back to a house covered in dust dirt and even some dead bugs.... We called several places and were blown off or charged over 200 for a 3bd2ba house. They fit us in right away. At first we had a miscommunication about when they were coming, i called and they gave me a substantial discount, had great customer service and were their the next day. The place is spotless, they did all the little things and moved everything they could to get corners, walls, and nooks, crannies ect. They were professional and friendly. We had amber and will be setting up monthly appointments. She is also a vet tech which is nice that i dont have to worry about the cleaning lady being terrified of the big dog running around the house or keeping him outside the whole time. Will be using again. They are very very reasonable. They do a flat rate which is great. You dont have to worry about the job getting half done in the time quoted and paying WAY more for the job to be done right. read more

When I began looking for a house cleaning service I found myself becoming very frustrated. Then I found Wave. They gave me pricing on their website, gave me lists of what to expect and quickly booked my appointment. Other companies based pricing on each service and most wanted to meet with me in person to give me pricing and book a visit. Wave was also the only company to include in the price the services I really needed, blinds, baseboards, and ceiling fans. All at no additional cost. They also didn't tack on the price when they saw my tile floors. All employees are bonded, and background checked. Awesome. We have the same person every two weeks, so I always know who is in my home. I dint have to be home at all. I come home to a clean house. Jamie is very thorough. She checks in with me every time she comes to take any special requests and make sure the prior visit was satisfactory. I would recommend Wave to anyone wanting a quality housecleaning company. They make my life a whole lot easier, and now I spend my weekends having fun. read more

I have been dealing with this company since an incomplete cleaning service on March 9, 2026. Since then, every attempt to resolve the issue or obtain a refund has been met with resistance, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism. On March 9th, I scheduled a full home cleaning. Not even one-third of the job was completed, and when I reached out to address the issue, my concerns were dismissed rather than resolved. Instead of accountability, I was met with responses that felt dismissive and unhelpful. As of today, April 22, 2026, there has been zero resolution and no meaningful communication from the company. At this point, I am simply requesting a refund for services that were not completed. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I do not typically leave negative reviews (I know this is someone's lively hood), but the lack of follow-through and accountability has been appalling! read more

I have never reviewed anyone on Yelp before, but I decided to do this because of the unbelievable cleaning job that Wave House Cleaning just did to my home. I am shocked! I am a fairly neat and tidy person and thought that I kept a pretty clean house. But now I see I was wrong. My home is spotless. Completely spotless! Scheduling my appointment was easy and Kelly was very flexible in the times that they could arrive to clean, completely working around my schedule. When they arrived, they walked through the house with me and discussed my needs. Then they were off to work! Before leaving, they walked through the house again with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. Their customer service was very impressive, and they really care about their work. Want to start by saying their actual cleanings are *usually* very good and their communication and prices are un matched. They are very reasonably priced and they are very good at responding to texts. Online booking is very easy as well ... However. absolutely do not book with them if you need the cleaning for a specific purpose (ie: need it done today because you have a party tomorrow), or if you plan to leave the house that day at all. I have used them for 8 months and every single month they are late, reschedule, or attempt to cancel. There is no point in scheduling a specific time with them because they will definitely be late. If you plan to sit at home all day no matter what, then this company is for you. If you have the ability to reschedule initial appointment time because your schedule is more lenient then this company is for you. read more

After checking around on yelp and getting some quotes, I hired Wave to clean my place when I was moving out about a month ago. They sent two cleaners. Both were very nice and polite, and made sure to inquire if there was anything I wanted done in a particular way. They did everything I asked, and everything looked great. The whole place was cleaned exceptionally well. I was probably most impressed by the oven. It looked brand new! Most importantly my landlord was impressed and I got my entire security deposit back and his gratitude from returning the place looking so good. I don't have a regular maid service but I was so happy with the job they did I'll probably have Wave come out at least once every season to do a deep cleaning of my new place. My wife and I started using wave house cleaning about 9 months ago and have never once regretted it. Juan and Kelly are extremely easy to work with and maintain exceptional professionalism. Upon their first visit, they did an amazing job doing a deep cleaning, including the ovens and stovetops. By far the best cleaning service my wife and I have had(and we've tried several!!) I was a little worried the second time they came out for a deep clean because they sent a different couple to clean, but my worries were unnecessary. All the employess are fantastic and do an amazing job cleaning and do it in a time efficient manner. 3 hours for a deep clean that would probably take my wife and I all day to do! Great company! We have Wave House Cleaning come out every other week. They always do a terrific job and perform beyond my expectations. Jamie just finished up today and she topped the performance of previous appointments. Jamie was polite and friendly from the minute she walked in the door till she closed the door behind her when leaving. I have two dogs that are a pain anytime friends or family come over let alone total strangers. Jamie greeted the dogs as if they were her own and they did not bark or go crazy like they usually do. Jamie went above and beyond during the cleaning moving large items aside to clean around them. This cleaning service is top notch and it is only successful due to it's amazing employees. read more

This is as good as it gets when it comes to cleaning services. I really love this guys. I was visiting AZ and I hired Wave House for my brother's apartment. the team was amazing and made the entire apartment spotless. They cleaned both bathrooms and made the glass doors sparkling, which seemed unbelievable! They cleaned all of the appliances, including the oven, fridge, microwave and stove. They also cleaned the trash cans in my brother's apartment that were pretty dirty but they actually were able to clean it. I had tried this guys in Cali now in AZ and they keep delivering good service. Fair prices and good customer service I highly recommend them! We recently hired Wave Housecleaning Service to take care of our house. I was apprehensive at first due to past experiences with other cleaning services. I am glad to say any apprehension that I had is no longer there. Jamie arrived on time was super friendly and professional. She did a great job take care of our home. She was able to clean faster by herself than other companies that have sent teams of three. Not only did she do it faster, but also did a better job. Email and phone customer service to include scheduling, payment, etc., is top notch - it's easy to make an appointment and whether by phone or email thay always make me feel like they appreciate me and my business. I have the deep clean every four to six weeks and they do a great job. We are rennovating our house, so each time they clean I have to block off a room, or add a room, or construction dust is prevalent, and they are always flexible and happy to take care of whatever I need. If I ask them to do something specific, they always do so with a smile. I have had different teams come out and they consistently do a great job. read more

I hired Wave about a week ago to clean my home since I've been too busy to do it myself lately. Kelly was pleasant to communicate with while setting up my appointment (she was able to fit me in the NEXT day!), charged a flat fee of $130 to deep clean my 1600 sq ft home, and it looked better than it has in years when they were finished. My house was a mess so I was really expecting for the crew to add on some extra charges, but I ended up paying exactly what I was told! Cesar and Iris did such a great job and I will definitely be requesting them to clean my home again in the near future. read more
