I also mainly dealt with Gabriel who was courteous, professional, and always on point answering my questions. The price are reasonable and the service is excellent. They arrived on time and was careful with all of the furniture and boxes. In fact, as I've unpacked not one thing was damaged or lost. They worked non stop, just a lunch break and no dawdling! Our move was from Glendale to San Pedro and there were not hidden charges or extras except what they tell you up front. I highly recommend them. And though I hate moving and don't want to move again....if I have to I will definitely use them again.

Used Muraway in January for a combo of moving stuff and packing things away for storage. I just…read morerecently had to move again and uncovered the extent of the damage to my things. We had 3 man crew and on the initial move, one of our large standing shelves were damaged beyond use during transportation in a 10-15 minute drive. I was told their insurance policy will cover up to 10 CENTS per lb of item damage. Meaning our 50-60 lb shelf would only be covered for $5-$6. I asked the crew to disassemble my bed frame and provided tools and instructions that came with the bed frame. I asked if they could keep the instructions and tools with the frame or give it back to me. They disassembled it fine and told me they wrapped the instructions and tools to the frame. Today when I moved it was no where to be seen. Finally, in our initial move, I asked the crew to shrink wrap my mattress and store it away. I also told them it was 200-300 lbs. When two crew members tried to pick it up, I recommended asking the 3rd for help but they were insistent it was unnecessary. They began to struggle about halfway during the walk and ended up dragging the mattress on the floor. I didn't notice the extent of the damage until today when I unwrapped it fully and noticed they had ripped it. Picture attached. Overall wouldn't recommend. The crew was young and inexperienced. Performance overall wasn't good. I didn't give a review initially because I thought they did a good enough job and they were all nice and hard working, but after seeing the damage to our things I think it was pretty mediocre.

We had a whole day of moving a house of 31 years with them, and they all went above and beyond. To be honest, the whole buying a house process stretched out that my mom had to reschedule twice--- but Lisa gave so much grace and patience. Then, today, moving day--- it was wild. While I initially thought the big truck wouldn't get filled-- Hugo, Ivan, and Vova found a way with their Tetris like minds and got most of our belongings in all in one piece and even put two beds back together! I think the biggest help was just them offering so much more, particularly asking questions and double checking if we preferred something to be moved in one place or another. Best believe, we will be referring you all to more friends and family. Incredibly personable, efficient, and helpful beyond what we could imagine. Thank you, guys... seriously. He told me where the majority of costs were and if I wanted to save money, which items I could pack myself. He was very proactive letting me know ahead of time what to expect and planning the timing. On packing day the guys came and packed up our home. They were so careful with my things and answered my many questions very politely. They got all boxes packed up then came the next day. On moving day, they arrived early with smiles on their faces and worked so hard and helped us coordinate all of the timing. We bought a furnished home so they had to move things at our new home to make room for what was coming. These guys worked so hard and were so helpful. When they were done, the lead tallied up the invoice hours and had a big grin on his face and excitedly showed me we were way under the estimate. Steve's tips on how to cut costs and the diligence of his workers saved me a couple thousand dollars. Hopefully I don't have to move again but if I do, I will definitely use them again. I have moved many times and this was by far the best experience EVER!!!!

The guys arrived on time and loaded the truck quickly but with everything well protected. The next day at 7am they were at the door ready to unload in Arizona. By 11:30 Max and Mike were done unloading with everything placed as requested, beds put together etc. They did an excellent job and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone making the CA to AZ move.

At this time he rolled his window further all the way down, and proceeded to threaten me asked me to pull over so he could whoop my ass. I said that is not a professional way to act and you are representing your company. I then proceeded to call his dispatcher, described the situation, describe the drivers, and ask them to be sure that this driver will be fired. I have also reached out to our local DPS and I have filed a complaint with US DOT and submitted the photos. I expect a reply from the owner of this company to ensure that this will not happen to another Motorist.
