Great, new décor shop in Middleton. It's not the standard, run of the mill stuff you typically see…read moreat local shops. Lots of items I haven't seen before - the shop has a bit of a modern flare. Many types of items for shelves, or tables. Plenty of wall hangings. They have shelves and unique, vinyl floor coverings. A large selection of candles, greenery and even some bracelets. If they run out of something, they can order for you and let you know when it is in stock. They say they have new items in about 3 times a week. They also have a 10 day return policy. We bought a few items from the shop so far and are very happy with the quality of the items and the helpfulness of the staff. We'll definitely be back!

I wasn't sure what to go with, so I just went with the regular grilled cheese with a side of chips. Let me tell you, the grilled cheese was soooo sooo good! My initial disappointment was real -- the first arrangement we received for Mother's Day did not reflect the value or flower preferences we discussed when placing the order, especially for the price paid. I was frustrated because I intentionally chose to support a local florist and expected a more polished, thoughtfully designed arrangement. That said, Jeff handled the situation professionally. He acknowledged the concerns, admitted the original arrangement missed the mark, and replaced it with a much fuller and more beautiful bouquet that better reflected the value and quality we expected. The replacement arrangement was far more cohesive, colorful, and thoughtfully designed, and my mom was very happy with it. While the first experience was disappointing, I do appreciate a business that takes accountability and genuinely works to correct a mistake. Customer service after the sale matters, and they made a strong effort to make things right. Based on how professionally the situation was handled and the quality of the replacement arrangement, I would recommend giving them a chance.
