My children were always targeted by the staff and owner regarding typical behavior that toddlers have. If you're not capable of handling young children why work there or even own the place? About a month ago my youngest child was not being supervised and was injured pretty badly from a fall, the owner had no clue what had occurred and I was provided an assumption of what was believed to have happened to my 2 year old son. Long story short, the owner Ann Ezumah took her sweet time to half ass respond to my serious concerns as a parent because she was away on vacation. After providing me footage of how it actually occurred it was addressed with no urgency she also never met with me in person only over message and email. What owner do you know does that? Honestly. Fast forward: Now that school has begun only 2 of my children remained there as the older one started Kindergarten. They tried to be slick and continue checking in/out my oldest son to make NCI claims. Fraud. They are a money hungry establishment with more "chill and fun" days that require parents to fund them money for said activities rather than more educational days. Every other week there was something they needed money for at the last minute too which explained their disorganization and lack of care for their students and families that keep their business running. Today they messaged me (yes messaged me) that my three year old son could no longer attend due to "behavior" and even went on to use the words "physical assault" on teachers which is almost hilarious because a 3 year old physically assaulting someone just sounds so ridiculous. Ann, the owner couldn't even be professional as the face and representative of her business to meet with me in person for this matter. Also there is NEVER an accredited director or at least assistant director to bring the students in during arrival. Only teachers and their cook, sounds worrisome huh? I will be reporting them to the state of Texas and NCI in effort to possibly help their establishment turn their unprofessionalism around! So I'm probably doing them the greatest favor and the owner probably just needs some help. Save your hard earned money and research better childcare facilities in the area if you're ever in need and save yourself the headache!!!

They are attentive, nurturing, and skilled at creating an engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning. The school itself is well-maintained, with plenty of resources to support a variety of educational activities. Unfortunately when their AC system went out for a couple of days, they did notify us and even told us to pick up our babies before 5pm, so it would not be too hot for them. They are constantly updating us and ensuring us their safety through the brightwheel app. Their support and assistance cannot be greatly appreciated enough! The school was always such a happy place for my kids and they loved going. It's a smaller school so the teacher/staff are all involved in every classroom and know every kid by name. There is very low turnover on the staff so your children don't have to adjust to new teachers often. TCC uses an app and updates multiple times a day with pictures/activities, that was one of the hardest parts about moving on is not getting those updates every day. TCC also keeps things fun and stimulating for the children with theme weeks, extracurricular activities (Tippi Toes, Soccer Tots, Jolley Trolley), art, daily spanish class, and occasional music. If the weather is nice they try to give your kids extra outside time and in the summer do fun things like splash day/foam party/snoballs. The preschool program in particular is very impressive as far as learning and curriculum and my kids were more than prepared for grade school. They also have the choice of healthy/balanced lunches and snacks so it is one less thing for parents to worry about. The other families are wonderful as well and there is a great community. Parents are often invited to events for things like Halloween, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, Christmas, and several others. The gifts they send for Christmas and Mothers and Fathers day that your child made are priceless and I treasure them so much. They have flexible part time options if you are looking for that. I can't recommend this school enough.

My sister, Ms. Inger who is lead teacher for the two-years old toddler classroom, invited me to their annual Halloween Trunk or Treat Festival & I'm so glad I showed up. My grandkids had a wonderful time as they played games endlessly until they were worn out and tired! There were plenty of games, candy, food, and drinks! The directors and staff members were all welcoming and friendly as my sister introduced me to various coworkers. I strongly advise against enrolling your child at this Kids R Kids or working here…read more I was recently hired at this location and quickly realized it was not a safe or supportive environment for children or staff. From the start, I had major concerns. The first red flag was the director, Jenn. She was extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and outright rude. She barely conducted an interview, simply asked for my personal information to run a background check, then handed me a large, messy stack of paperwork with errors throughout. Nothing was stapled or organized. When I returned for training the following week, I met Michelle, the Curriculum Director. She was hostile and dismissive. She talked for two hours without offering any meaningful guidance, then sent me on a long break. Afterward, Jenn told me Michelle had complained that I "didn't ask enough questions" and that I "should smile more" because I came off as uninviting despite the fact that Michelle didn't create a welcoming space in the first place. Besides, the only time I remember Michelle smiling was at one of her own jokes. After that, I was placed in a classroom with a teacher named Miss Cindy, who was the only kind and helpful person I encountered. In just 30 minutes, she taught me more about how the center runs than I learned during the entire training. Unfortunately, Jenn then moved me to the infant room, even after I made it clear I had no experience with infants. I'm 18 years old and the youngest children I've worked with before were 3 years old. I had never changed a diaper or cared for a baby, and it felt completely irresponsible for Jenn to place me in that position. The staff member (6'3, plus size, freckles, lightskin with glasses)I was paired with in the infant room initially seemed helpful but quickly began to take advantage of me, assigning all the diaper changes and giving vague instructions without any real guidance. She also failed to sanitize toys or maintain cleanliness, I ended up cleaning everything myself after she left. The center is severely understaffed due to how poorly employees are treated. People are quitting weekly, which only adds more stress and disorganization. At the end of the day, I expressed to Jenn that I wasn't comfortable working in the infant room due to my lack of experience. She ignored my concerns and insisted I stay in that room for the week, which felt incredibly irresponsible and unsafe. As someone who cares about children, I would never want someone inexperienced looking after my own child, and yet that's exactly what they were doing. To sum it up: Jenn is unprofessional and barely leaves her office unless it's to complain. Michelle is dismissive and full of herself Please find a better working environment if you plan on applying and If you plan on sending your child please find a better place to provide care

I really miss this daycare and if i am ever back in the area I would re-enroll my son he really loved his teachers!

For all the anxious parents they send pictures of the children daily. They feed the children, support you with potty training, and provide extra curricular activities such as: soccer, ballet, and jump bunch. I'm so glad we found Little Blooms.
