This is hands down the best authentic taco stand type restaurant I have been to in a long time. The carne asada tacos are excellent...be sure to try with homemade flour tortillas. Definitely order a side of flour tortillas as they are cooked fresh on the grill and good enough to eat by themselves. The chicken fajitas are amazing in this light tomato sauce. I tried the tostada and the sopes- all authentic fresh and delicious. The chicken is all white chicken breast. All of the salsas are amazing , and everything is fresh and light. The serve everything with pickled onions grilled onions grilled jalapeño and cucumbers and radishes. If the La Quinta Resort Adobe restaurant had a taco stand version...this would be it. read more
