As you can imagine my heart sank, this was a special gift I had planned and now it was not going to happen. I emailed Ryan and he went down to the shop and finished my project and waited for me to come pick it up. Ryan went way out of his way to ensure we had Christmas joy at our home this year. Received an estimate the same day which was fair and was told 6 weeks for the repair. 8 weeks go by and I call and ask for an update because this company does not like to communicate AT ALL. My update never came so I called back a week later and was told my watch was in Memphis being repaired. If I wanted my watch to be repaired in Memphis and not Nashville I would have taken it there. I never approved or authorized my watch to go anywhere else. Was lied to multiple times more within the next 3 weeks until I finally receive a text that my watch was back and I could go pick it up. So I drive 1.5 hours to go pick it up in Cool Springs and it wasn't there. Lied to again. I lost my @#$%. My watch was at Opry Mills, so I drove another 40 minutes out of the way to go pick it up. They did offer to ship it to me, HAHAHA! Like I would allow that, I needed to ensure that the watch was actually mine and was repaired. It now does work but they definitely did not clean it. What a complete charlie foxtrot this company is. Employees lying to you to get you off of the phone and AI driven communication... that's definitely not going to get you any stars from me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
