absolutely, the worst customer service ever! The Greenwood Rd., Shreveport location is managed by the rudest. I'm gonna have to say most racist lady I've ever spoken to in business. Her rudeness was only surpassed by the carrier that brought my package and then laughed at me as she took it back and put on the order that it was refused. She had misunderstood when I her if she could in the future deliver to the front door. She immediately picked up the heavy package and took it back to her truck and told me I could pick it up in Shreveport if I wanted it, which is 45 minutes away from me and I have a broken leg and was in a mobility scooter while she did this. I immediately called the Greenwood Road location and they told me they had read the report and I was banned from getting any future FedEx deliveries because this young lady was afraid for her life! I was then told there would be an investigation opened at my request. I have camera video of her tantrum and then iPhone video of her taking my package and me begging her to bring it back. She's in the report from a that I could pick up later to sending it back to the shipper. I have everything on video and my conversation with the who was an absolute she would not listen. This is about FedEx in general, not Shreveport ship center. They seriously need to update the system. I stayed home all day waiting on a package I'm supposed to get that I have to sign for because the updates on tracking said it would be delivered today by 1:20. 1:20- no package. 5 pm no package. I'm not sure if the woman just doesn't like me or if she treats everyone the way she treats me. But every time I go to this location to ship a package. I wind up leaving and going somewhere else. So after today I just won't ever be going to this location again. I do NOT recommend this business. She said surgical face mask only, no cloth. And they don't accept cash money, only credit cards. I don't even know what planet I'm living on right now. She just doesn't belong in the customer service business. And I'm going to keep calling FedEx to complain about this. Dropped my package off "somewhere" after I'd paid for 2-day shipping for it. I called no less than 5-6 times to tell the local FedEx store that the package was NOT delivered to ME. They said they would contact the driver, have her go back to look for it, etc., etc. They also said they'd call me with an update. Have they? Not once. Super disappointed. This was $250 worth of merchandise. At one point, the lady at FedEx said that the driver told her she dropped it off at "a corner house whose people were barbecuing." They were even surprised to see that I would sit and wait an entire hour for my package to get back to the dock. Multiple times I've had packages delivered to addresses across town from my house. I've had to call FedEx and have them track my package down and redeliver it to me. And this last time I was told to "make a claim". I probably won't even get my product, and the driver won't even get in trouble probably. read more

I'm sure these are hectic times for delivery companies,however maybe some of UPS employees should have taken that under consideration when applying for their job. This is my personal experience with the UPS located in Shreveport, Louisiana (318)424-3100. This conversation happened this evening around 6:30. Nearly 2 weeks ago, I had packages (2) delivered to my home. I was expecting 3 but only 2 came. Being that I've done business with the sender for over 4 years and this has never happened, I phoned them ad they informed me that ALL 3 packages were sent out together as usual. I was given a tracking number and we both looked up the package and it stated it was somewhere upstate... like Oregon or something and that it will be delivered on today Tue. Feb 24 by the end of day. Not knowing why or how my package ended up there, I thought it was a mistake and they (UPS)caught it and will be sending it back to me. Keep in mind, I run a business and I'm expecting packages for my customers. So today, Tue. Feb.24 by the close of day, I hadn't received my package and I phoned the local UPS. I calmly explained the situation to the lady I spoke with (Monica Henry) I doubt thats her real name since she herself wouldn't give it me when I repeatedly asked. Monica went on to tell me that due to the weather I will not be getting my package and there is nothing I can do about this. She said THAT phrase about 4 times. She was rude, argumentative, unprofessional, and loud. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she said "no you called me". No I didn't I called UPS you answered. Another lady came to the phone and her attitude was just as bad. She tracked my package and said we see it but it's not here....NO SHIT SHERLOCK!!! Then she went on to tell me it's because of the weather. My question was where is my package, why isn't it here, and why was it sent upstate.She stated "somehow". So you are really gonna answer me with "somehow"? Ok, may I speak with your supervisor. Oh, when I asked her name she said "Johnson"... then a guy came to the phone and he claimed to be a supervisor. Guess what he SAID his name was....MIKE JONES!!! Anyway, I explained what was going on to him. He then told me that they deal with 500-800 calls a day about packages they have no control over. At that point I stopped him and told him: #1 WHAT does that have to do with me? #2 I waited till the end of day allowing UPS enough time to deliver my package #3 I'm sick of them saying its because of the weather. IF MY PACKAGE WOULD HAVE BEEN LEFT WHEN THE OTHER 2 PACKAGES WERE LEFT... YOU KNOW WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, WE WOULD NOT BE HAVING THIS CONVERSATION. NEVER ONCE DID ANYONE SAY "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, we accidentally sent your package to the wrong place and now its stuck because the weather has gotten bad. Or sorry Ms Shunda Washington, we shipped your package to the wrong state and we'll do our best to retrieve it and overnight it to you. Or better yet just apologize. BUT DO NOT TELL ME THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT.
