To cut to the chase, we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of Ruben's work, with his knowledge and professionalism, and his friendliness throughout the job. Our rating is 5-stars, a definite keeper; we will call him again next time. The list of work at our home included the front sidewalk and curb, a large tile patio, patio screens, backyard PVC fence, eaves and fascia, and stepping stones through the yard. Ruben gave us a written estimate up front and stuck to the fair price. He completed all of the work on the same day, as promised. He made it look new. He has since washed the pool screen because of the algae build up a few years ago and this time we asked him to do the whole house. He made it look like it was just painted, taking away eight years of outside wear. He is consciencious, making sure my plants were wet down first so the product he was using did not affect them. Then afterwards he re-wet my plants to make sure they were safe. One of the main things I like about him is his ATTENTION TO DETAIL. He washed not only the walls, but also has a machine to scrub the travertine around the pool. This was unexpected but gratefully appreciated. Ruben Cortina is the ONLY ONE I would call. I called and at first I asked for storm shutters, however, the man I spoke with thought a high impact window would serve my needs better. Measurements were taken, the permits obtained and the window ordered with an estimate of 2 months, or possibly more, to get the project done. I am so happy to report that exactly 2 months later Jeff and Jay showed up and it was a real pleasure working with them. The installation took less than a day and because I named my new quiet/safe room "Heaven," you can guess I am very delighted with the outcome.
