Happy with my customer service received even after they had a change ownership. We had a down spout fall and break and detach from my wall. We had some really strong winds this summer and the gutters weren't even 1 year old and they came back to fix them at no cost. I want to thank them for that but also for replacing a few splash blocks after they had broken. A trustworthy company and highly recommend. I can't express how happy I am with guttermasters. They have been amazing from start to end. They came out and gave my mother and I a quote on gutters for our houses. Their price was fair, and we were able to make an appointment for the following week. The workers arrived on time, and were done in a couple of hours. When I noticed one of the gutter drains was facing the wrong direction, they were there the same say to correct the problem. Terrible contractor. Had an overflowing gutter and rather than clearing the debris from the downspout, they installed and charged me for an additional and unnecessary downspout. Gutter continued to overflow. Had to contact a 'real' gutter contractor to clear the blockage. read more

BEYOND SUPERB. Exceeded expectations. Robert, who is a manager at Gutter Masters, did the work. Despite a full schedule and lots of other engagements, he did a wonderful job. The product that Gutter Masters uses is much better in our case than the advertised Leaf Filter product. We have a large magnolia tree with large leaves. The Gutter Masters product is much more accommodating as its openings catch the large leaves. But the service - the way that Robert and Gutter Masters operate is so good. From the time I called them ("yes, we can help and we would like to" ) to the time Robert completed, including doing an EXTRA item for me - they did a wonderful job. As consumers we go through a process before we make a serious financial decision such as choosing a company, we want to trust work on our property. When I started my research into the best gutter company to install gutters after my new roof was installed, I did all the above mentioned. I started with 3 of the best reviewed companies on Google. After a tedious interview process with the 3 companies, I chose Gutter Masters to be the company that earned my business. Mark Rodgers was my initial point of contact and he spent much more time with me explaining the differences between them and the many other companies that say they install gutters. Mark explained the differences in the more substantial bracket system they use to secure my gutters for years to come. I felt that the attention to detail was particularly important to him and Gutter Masters. After installing my beautiful new gutter system, I did have a slight concern that was not totally the fault of the installers. The owner James and Office Manager Heather immediately jumped into action and treated the situation as if it were a problem on their own home. They addressed my situation head on and full force. James spent hours figuring out what the problem was and not once did he try and Band-Aid the concern. James and Heather made it perfectly clear that customer satisfaction was the main concern and making sure I was happy with the solution. They are Rockstar's in the gutter business. Why did I mention that I had a concern or issue? The reason is simple and its because to really find out the actual business value or integrity of any company is to find out how it handles concerns that arise. A ton of companies will install gutters or change your roof but how many have been tested in the customer service world? How many of those companies with 5 Google stars really stand behind the customer is a problem arises? Gutter Masters 100% stands behind its Google stars and its customers. James and his team are the top of the Gutter World. Do your research ask companies for personal recommendations from people that had an issue after the sale because the sale is the easy part. I will personally give my recommendation to Gutter Masters. Please feel free to ask for it if you want a reference. As consumers we need to be extremely careful with who we hire. Anyone can sell you something you need do not let that "anyone" be anything less that what you expect before and after the sale. Same exact thing has happened to us. My wife and I made arrangements to fly back from Boston - over the hurricane building up over the Carolinas - to be home the next day; when they were scheduled to show up. They never did, but did admit to hosing it up. We arranged for them to a week later on the 21st - today! This morning at 10:00 hours they called and said they had to cancel again and reschedule for next week. They apparently feel that neither my wife nor my time is important enough to let us know in advance that they can't manage a calendar. They just never showed. I've asked for my deposit back, but have yet to hear back from anyone. Very unprofessional! read more

I had them come out and give me an estimate on replacing my gutters. I was given my written estimate on replacing gutters on my house and told it would be a couple weeks before installation. I paid 1/2 of the price and 1/2 was due at completion of job. On the date I was told the job would begin, no one showed up. No phone call, nothing. I called and was told they were "behind" on their jobs and I would have to wait another couple weeks. Another date was given. That date came and no show...I was called later and told due to the rain storms recently they were still backed up on jobs. Another date was given. Finally, the day came nearly 2 1/2 months later, the installers showed up. They looked at my gutters and said the job would take longer than expected and I would have to talk to the owner, James. I spoke to James on the phone who advised me his estimate guy had under estimated the job and he would need to come out himself and look at my gutters. James came out to my house and looked at my gutters, then told me his estimate originally given was not correct and he would need to go "work up" another estimate. James said he would call me later in the day. He never called me back that day. Another day passed, no phone call. I called after two days and left a message with the secretary because James was not available. Got a phone call back eventually from him and he could not tell me how much the new estimate was, he "got busy", but would get back with me. A week later one of his employees contacted me and advised me of the new estimate, several hundred dollars more. I negotiated to 300 dollars more than the original estimate given. My job was scheduled once again in two weeks. That week came and went, no job started, no phone call, nothing. I called The office and was advised James (the owner) was not available. I asked for my deposit back. James then called 10 minutes later and told me I was "on the schedule for tomorrow", I told him at this point I just wanted my deposit back. Later that day James sent one of his employees to drop off a check returning my deposit. WARNING, I WOULD NOT USE THESE PEOPLE OR EVER RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND. read more

Horrible company!!!! The company did not show up on my first scheduled installation, after a call to the office, multiple calls to get a response, I was scheduled for 3 more dates that they continued to no-show. No one called to communicate with me about cancelling and almost impossible to get a straight answer or call back. After 3 months of no-shows I finally asked for a refund, the owner personally assured me he would send a refund check the next day. Thank god my credit card company negated the charges as I am still waiting for that refund from the company. WORST company I have ever done business with! read more

I can not be happier with our new gutters from Gutter Masters of Central Florida! I never thought I will be actually receiving compliments from neighbors after installing gutters:) I was very surprised with huge color selection they provided to fit our house/roof/trim color, originally I thought our gutters will be white and we will have to eventually paint them. Price was more than reasonable for our 2 story large house, considering quality and how quickly job was done from the first phone call I made. They were able to get it done ahead of originally scheduled date, which was also very pleasant surprise. No more mulch all over the driveway after every storm or standing water by walls, soaking into our foundation. Our house looks great and complete now! Bought a new home and had water issues all around the house due to drainage off the roof. Gave these guys a call. Quote was competitive. Set up a date for install. Called Kim back in the office for a couple of questions and she was a pleasure to talk to. On the date of install it was raining really hard so figured there was no way they would be out to do the work. Wrong! Larry and Josh showed up early, jumped right in and got to work....even in the rain! They worked well together and knocked out the job in record time. I was so impressed with their attitude, their work ethic, their knowledge of what needed to be done and the quality of their work. Couldn't have asked for a better crew. I was putting up gutters for water management, but didn't realize how great they make the house look! Crisp, clean and professionally done.
