I will attach pictures just to show proof of how disgusting and dirty their quality is. Rented from them for my bridal shower, bring it in with it filled with dirt and holes all over. Dance floor was cracked and chipped everywhere. They delivered it on Monday call them back and tell them all of this. The lady's response is "well this is a rental company so there is going to be ware and tear", spent almost $3,000 and that is the response I get no apology or anything. She then tells me that she is going to have her manager call me, this was at 2pm I call no response back. I email them and she claims she called but they do seem to tend to lie so I didn't get any call. finally tuesday morning i call again and she says she's going to take care of it and to give her till 10am to get a response. 12pm comes around still no response, she finally calls me at 6pm and says that they are going to deliver ALL new WINDOW walls. So today comes around and the crew comes to our house and says where Are the walls. LOLLLL. I call Leslie, the manager and say your crew is at your our house asking for walls, she says a new crew is coming and everything is going to be okay. then 15 minutes pass and the crew that Just asked us where the walls are and claiming they don't have any walls says they have 4 walls only. I call Leslie again and she says "yes that is correct". Mind you she didn't even bother to mention that to me Once. Ask them to completely remove the tent so I can go with someone else & her response is "I don't have anyone to take it down and we closing until the 27th." My bridal shower is this weekend, the 20th. and the whole time they care more about proving you wrong instead of showing any type of empathy. I am religious as well and understand the closing of religious holidays but if you are so religious you should also want to make sure you are a good person. If they do choose to respond to this it will be on why WE are wrong and they will not take accountability for ANYTHING. I don't know how they sleep at night. Again don't let them fool you with whoever they paid to get these reviews.

The experience was seamless and they were extremely helpful and professional. They also recommended an excellent caterer.

Our son got married this past April 27th and they booked two rooms for the event- one for the bride's entourage and one for the guys. Rooms were perfect, comfortable and really made the getting ready, photos and mimosa time precious and memorable. Staff was very helpful with the odd and end request and I really highly suggest spending a night here and enjoying the shops and such on the main road.

Coffee and spring water bottles were refreshed daily. A refrigerator preserved my collection of doggie bags from Main Street. I'm going all out to compliment because I did not expect...the super comfy mattress, indulgent pillows, fluffy towels, amazing shower pressure and a wide balcony overlooking the restaurant patio filled with flowering plants and locals. This inn's anchor location on Main Street complements the remarkable restaurants and shops that surround it. I will return and pick a different room which I know is sure to surprise me.

I cannot say enough good things about the competence, kindness, and quality of this mother/daughter team. They truly are a breath of fresh air when it comes to planning an event. You feel like you are working with PEOPLE and not robots (which - let's be honest - at times, wedding planning can feel like the latter!!). Melissa and Anne Marie's prices are more than reasonable (the cost per glass was significantly less than the competitors I reached out to), and if they don't have it, they will get it for you. They put time and energy into everything they work on. I used them for my July wedding, and they spent weeks finding and arranging the perfect light blue and blush stemware for me. Throughout the process, without me asking, they would send me updates and photos on how it was all coming together. They could have just dropped off the glasses the day before the wedding and left us to deal with them, but in advance of my wedding day, they went out of their way to contact us and explain in detail how everything would need to be arranged by the venue and planner - in order to look *perfect*on the tables. Unfortunately, on my wedding day, there was a few glasses accidentally broken. We offered to pay, but they refused to take money from us. They explained that this is what they love to do and they didn't want to create any type of burden associated with our special day. They truly are an AWESOME pair. Look no further if you need vintage stemware.
