The only time they had to reschedule me was because all drivers had C*VID, otherwise they are on time rain or shine. Second they take outmost care of you possessions including art and suggest where to save on packing and where to be more careful. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for. When you move (and I have done so dozens of times over my lifetime) things can happen and things can break but with LRDM I have had zero to minimum like maybe one cup. I have used them both for local and international moves. International takes usually more than we all hope, there is the element of customs and third parties which is beyond their control. She was also able to give me an approximate estimate regarding the timeframe and cost of the move. The day before the move, I was contacted for confirmation. Reed's provided my high-rise condominium with their Certificate Of Insurance . I was contacted by the crew 10 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know that they were on their way.
