After the install.. all seemed to be going well. The old water heater was on a crummy, rotting piece of wood and they stuck the new one on top of it. I called to their business three different times on three different days and did get a callback eventually. They have agreed to come out and make things right, which makes me a happier customer. I was concerned, initially, about service after the sale but they have come through to make things good. The communications problem did give me pause but it happens. I have actually contracted with them to do another job for me.

I thought a lightning strike took out my pool lights around the pool and circuit box to the exterior shed. Fortunately, it was a shortage in a wire and tripped circuit breaker. Ryan showed me the wires were fried and took me step by step to ensure I understood the problems. I highly recommend Tuck Air for "electrical" problems to troubleshoot.
