(I do not like lighting pilot lights, or attics, for that matter.) In very short time, a nice technician showed up and took care of the problem for me. He even looked into possible replacements for that unit, which I had requested. I really appreciated his efforts in this regard. The problem was fixed quickly, and at a reasonable cost. He showed up several days before scheduled appt. (Will show up first time so he can collect his money for the service call). Said I needed a new faucet and I should call Moen for faucet warranty. Moen sent me a new faucet. Let him know when I received new faucet so he could come out to install. Called him and he stated he would come next week to install faucet due to his traveling on Wednesday for Thanksgiving. Said he would be back on Friday and to call him when I received my faucet. Couldn't reach him on the phone so I texted him for an appointment. He immediately text me back stating he was traveling to Montana and would return in about 2 weeks. I have not had water in my kitchen for almost 2 weeks already! Will call a reputable plumber and pay for it myself. Won't go through Choice Home warranty and have to pay another $75 for a new plumber even though I have already paid them $2,600 for a five year home warranty. Stay away from that scam company as well.
