He showed up several days before scheduled appt. (Will show up first time so he can collect his money for the service call). Said I needed a new faucet and I should call Moen for faucet warranty. Called him and he stated he would come next week to install faucet due to his traveling on Wednesday for Thanksgiving. Said he would be back on Friday and to call him when I received my faucet. Couldn't reach him on the phone so I texted him for an appointment. He immediately text me back stating he was traveling to Montana and would return in about 2 weeks. I have not had water in my kitchen for almost 2 weeks already! Will call a reputable plumber and pay for it myself.
