Did not finish the job, did not explain the price upfront and what was included, left my spare tire on and refused to put my tire back on. Had to go to another place to have the tire put back on. Terrible customer service, arguing with me over finishing a job they were paid to do, which takes them less than 2 minutes. Rip off, poorly managed, argumentative, unethical. Get AAA, hire professionals who are ethical and take care of their customers. Very disappointed read more

My wife's battery wouldn't turn over a few days ago. I called my roadside assistance who in turn sent this service to me. They arrived within an hour, checked my battery which was dead, and offered to install a new battery right there in my garage. Having been around the block a few times in my life I knew that they might be a little high in their price ( which I really don't know if they were) yet the fact that u could get it done right then was as important as the office. Walked out in a rush, get in my car and the battery is totally dead. Roadside assistance assigned my call to ASAP. While it took a while for them to arrive my App kept me up to date on their ETA. The technician was very polite professional and honest. I needed a new battery, interesting they also sell Die Hard battery. Bought a new battery. I believe at a very fair price since it was basically delivered and installed. In about 30 minutes I was on my way. I had a flat tire so I called my insurance company for roadside assistance. They assigned ASAP Roadside Services to help me. 10 minutes later Enrique from ASAP arrived to help me. He said he could change the tire or plug the hole in my tire from a nail. The plug would cost $20.00, changing it is free with my insurance plan. I had Enrique change the tire. He was very friendly and courteous. He reminded me not to drive over 50mph on the spare tire. He did an excellent job. I was very pleased to be on my way again. read more

It has been quite a while since I had the very unfortunate experience with dealing with this company. but here it is. I used to have allstate motor club through my insurance and had a problem with a bad battery and needed a jump. they sent out ASAP road service to me and it turned out to be a guy in his beat up personal car with a kid sleeping in the front seat. He tried to jump start my truck with a home made set of jumper cables and crossed the wires and did a total of $ 2,400 worth of electrical damage we both seen sparks flying and he jumped back and said he crossed the wires. a moment later he said it never happened and and turned around and left with out saying a word. I had to put in a claim with my own insurance even though it was their sub contractor who damaged my truck. My advice to everyone is if you have an emergency and call for roadside assistance and ASAP shows up don't let them near your car. read more

ASAP came out to replace damaged tire with our spare. When we took the the car to the dealership to replace spare with a new tire, they could not remove the tire as the lug nuts had been stripped by ASAP. With a significant effort, dealership was able to remove tire and replace lug nuts. read more

Horrible service they don't know how to jump start a car left my wife and 6yr old daughter stranded waiting for a tow truck. The tow truck from another company got there and jump started the car in 1 minute these people obviously don't know how to do their job. On top of that the person was to lazy to do his job and was asking my wife to do it. crap company read more

I ran out of gas on my way to work this morning. I called my insurance company which covers roadside assistance and they informed me they were sending someone to get my car started. A man showed up half an hour later in an unmarked vehicle and no uniform or name tag. I didn't think anything of it. The man then spent about 1 min emptying a barely filled container into my tank and then told me the charge was $12 for the gas as my insurance company would be charged the company fee. I started my car and drove the 25 ft to my job. When I left at the end of the day I turned my car on only to realize that I was completely empty, with my dash showing less than 30 miles worth of gas in my tank. I called the number that was texted to me and was answered by a man holding a screaming baby. I asked the man why my car has no gas if I paid him $12 for gas and didn't drive my car more than 25 ft afterward. The man tried to give me answers that made no sense. Claiming that he put 3 gallons worth of gas in my car. I asked him why when I go to the gas station and spend $12 do I get more than a quarter tank? The man then started SCREAMING at me and told me that if I wanted gas I should have done it myself. Not one time could he give me an explanation as to why I was completely empty. I asked the man if he was the owner and he said yes. I asked him why he charged me $12 again and he told me the gas was $10 and he charged me a $2 fee for using a card. I told him that he never Informed me of a fee to use a card and he claimed he did. I told him I would have paid him in cash had I known I would be charged extra and he continued to scream. This was the absolute worst experience I have EVER had with any company ever. I will now be calling my insurance company to let them know that if I won't be reimbursed than they should never do business with this man again. He is a liar and scammer and insanely disrespectful. read more

Today, I made two discoveries, 1.) my car doesn't come with a spare tire and 2.) ASAP Roadside Services, Corp's business card will be in all my vehicles from now on in case I need help. On the way to work noticed that my low-pressure light was on, since I was running late, decided that I would add air on the way home, until I pulled in the office and heard the dreadful sound of a floppy rear tire. Yep, totally flat. Used my Hyundai SOS button and they sent me Mike from ASAP Roadside Service. He steps out of the car with a smile on his face, introduced himself and shook my hand, the kind of service you just don't see all that often and it was refreshing to see. Mike found the nail in my tire and was able to fix it on the spot. I also need to mention that it was raining out and not once did he complain or gripe about it. This has been a wonderful experience and will hopefully not have a need to use them again, but if I do, they will definitely be getting a call from me. Great job Mike! read more
