I thought I was going to have to purchase a whole new tire, as multiple other places I took my car to said they couldn't find it to patch it up, but there was a slow leak. As soon as I got to KT/A1 the team found the source of the slow leak immediately. They could have easily charged me for a new tire, but were honest and so helpful. I contacted Cory in regards to a screw in my tire. Small screw, unsure of how bad the damage was, but unwilling to pull it up because it could be a really bad idea. Yelp address showed him closer than what his actual shop address is and he made the exception to head out to me and assist for a great price. He was able to pull the screw from the tire and confirmed there was no leak in a quick instant. Job well done and highly recommended. read more

This is the first time I've ever written any review on a company but please Don't even waste your time calling these people. I was stuck on the side of the road and I decided to call these guys. They said " yea no problem be there in 15 minutes". I called about 5-6 times about 45 min to an hour later no answer, then another gentleman answers the phone claiming to be the manager. He says to me if my driver said he's going he'll be there with an attitude. Needless to say I never received a call from them even to tell me they weren't going to make it. These people are highly unreliable, unprofessional and inconsiderate. read more
