The gentlemen on the phone explain to me what needed to be done and he'll send me a quot. the response time was less than 5 minutes and they gave me a ETA. the drive was very fast and patient also let me sit in my car while he changed the tire! Super rude and severely overpriced. I found J&J on google and called for mobile tire repair. I have many forms of payment but selected the cash option since it was proactively offered at a better price. As a new customer just trying to do business according to the terms that were provided to me, I was met with an attitude and insulted. I am happy to (trying to!) pay for a service, and am certainly not asking for any special favors. No requirement was stated regarding electronic deposits, per the text chain. The owner was obnoxious and made me very uncomfortable, and proceeded to repeatedly insult me. I would not recommend this company. I felt bullied and very disappointed by the lack of professionalism. It was very easy to find someone more honest, knowledgeable, upfront and and professional at HALF the price ($85!)! So glad I didn't use this company. UPDATED: After sharing my experience in this review, the owner has repeatedly sent me harassing private messages and posted a ludicrous and untrue story as a response. I am now sharing our complete text exchange, to expose the extreme dishonesty. There are plenty of reliable and professional companies out there, that I'm sure would be much better places to spend your money. Honestly, they are truly replaced and granted, I know that they came to my home without having to go to a car repair place but for one single tire, they charged me $323 which in my opinion is ridiculous. The conversation I had with their chat representative made it very confusing as I had requested a used tire and they showed up with a brand new tire and I needed to take it because I have work that day. Hey Jj Tires! When changing a flat. maybe don't use the air gun to put bolts back on. $716.00 to replace the hub assembly.

This is the second time I've used J@J. They are fantastic. I had a flat and requested they come to inflate tire. They wanted to see what caused the flat and removed the tire. They found a piece of metal in the tire and were able to patch the tire. Other companies would have just inflated the tire. They are very accommodating and thorough. I will definitely use them again!!! read more
