On December 11 2025 this company was contracted by AAA to tow my car to a facility to be repaired. Upon loading my vehicle to the tow truck there was a mechanical error on the tow trucks equipment. The winch broke while loading my car on the bed of the tow truck. With that failure on the truck it caused my car to fall of while being loaded and almost hitting a car that was oncoming. There was damage to the body of the car when the winch made contact with and it damaged the steering column as the steering locked when it the car came off the truck and now the steering wheel moves from side to making the car dangerous drive. I was in contact with business owner Corey who said he would take care of everything. I have tried to reach out to him and now he chooses to ignore my messages. Where do I start before I called Cory who was recommend to me by a friend. I took my Clients 2009 Corvette with only 750 miles to the dealer and called the so call Vette experts non of them wanted to work on the car or give me a bunch of BS about how long to diagnose the problem.
